I am a regular customer of your State Bank of India since 06 (Six) years. Presently I am having my saving bank account with S. B. I. at Anuppur Branch, Dist.- Anuppur, (M.P.). <br />

I would like to inform you that I have applied for DEMAT account on 14th Nov’2008, but in spite of repeated reminders through telephone & online requisitions, I have yet to receive any proper and affirmative response from your end in this regard till date.<br />
<br />
In this connection please also note that after getting online registration on S.B.I website confirmed I have received many assurance from your service provider, whose contact number is viz. 022-30468666, 07556549108, 022-30478579 but till now I have not received any account opening kit and affirmative response from your end in this regard.<br />
<br />
You are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter consciously & do the needful at the earliest.<br />
