I ordered a fisheye lense from this company. the shipping was advertised as being free, but two days after ordering i recieved an email from them stating that this was domestic (US) only. since shipping to Norway was more than the lense itself I wanted them to refund my money.

two weeks later still no answer to my refund request. three more weeks and ten emails later, still no answer from them. So i decide to send them the 15 dollars for shipping. well, long story short a year later and many emails from my part they simply ignore me and take my money.

conclusion: if they can get away with it they will take your money.
