This is Vishwanath from Bangalore. I have booked DEMONTE dinner set (total pieces in the set 102 )in June last week with AVA Merchandsing. I have called AVA custcare several times to get a status on my product delivery. The answer always will be "there is delay in shipping as the product is out of stock, the product will be delivered in next 10 days". I have paid Rs.3190/- towards this from my Barclay credit card. It has been more than 6 months now and the answer from the ccare is the same. Can you please guide me from here as to what needs to be done??? I am worried looking at the number of complaints that we have on internet against the AVA.
I had enough of it and called the customer care to cancel my order. The order stays cancelled since August 2010. I was asked to wait for one month to get back my money into the credit card. It has not happened till now. They are not picking my calls. I am always placed on HOLD and nobody speaks, then i have to disconnect out of frustration. Please help me in this reagrd of how to get back my money. Also i want to book this these BASTARDS in a fraud case.
