Items not recieved
I totally agree with all complaints! I placed an order at the begining of November and have not recieved my shipment. I, of course, have already been charged. I have contacted the company through email on several occasions and FINALLY recieved a response. They told me to start the "charge back" process with my card because their "system was down". DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I have researched this company and the website is run through a website that "protects it's identity"--I know because I contacted them. My card was charged through a company in California, however, on the BBB website it says that the company is located in South Carolina. Is it located in South Carolina, California, or Chicago??? Who knows! All I know is the process has been started for a charge back on my card and I will not be doing buisness with them again!

Paid, no merchandise, no response
Orders a pair of Uggs, $124, 11/3/08. Have sent three emails, 1 response after one month saying I would be able to track my order in a week. No response since. 6 weeks later - nothing.

took money, no merchandise
I ordered a Juicy Couture sweat suite for my daughter for Christmas. I did not receive a confirmation number or the merchandise. They were very quick to take the money out of my checking account. Can someone please help me as to how I can get a refund. I have emailed them every day and I received one back stating that they were shipping the merchandise out as soon as they can. I placed this order over a month ago and I no longer want it. I just want a refund. Can someone please help.

Unauthorized charges
I placed an order with denimjeanz.com at the end of september. This company stated they would send me email confirmation for my order (2pair of true religion jeans) within 3 to 5 days. I checked my bank statement and the money had been taken from my account. I begun sending emails, one a day on OCT. 5TH to this company. Today is now the 20th of Oct. and i have yet to hear from denimjeanz.com. I feel like I've been ripped off .

Ordered 2 pairs of Ugg boots, was billed and was never contacted again
On 11/12/08 I ordered two pairs of Ugg boots for my daughters for Christmas, was billed within 2 weeks and never received an E-mail from them regarding the transaction. I've been E-mailing them about this and they never respond. The only way to contact them is through E-mail. I will now deal with the credit card company and fight to the end.

No communication
I wish I'd read these complaints before I ordered! My card was overcharged, and the credit card statement shows freshpairofnikes.com - not denimjeanz.com as the website said it would. The funny thing is the charge was intercepted by the fraud protection on my card - it was an automated system and was confusing to operate, and I ended up approving the charge. I then called them and they said the charge was to snugg bootz.

I did a whois search and found that snuggwear.com and denimjeanz.com are both hosted by GoDaddy. They have the folloeing contact information listed:

The freshpairofnikes.com has different contact info that looks bogus. They do have a number but when I called it the mailbox was full. I've filled out contact forms and sent repeated e-mail messages and have gotten no response. I'm going to report them to the credit card company as a fraudulent transaction and see if I can get the charge reversed. I'm also going to file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center.

Unauthorized charges
I ordered three juicy sweatsuits from denimjeanz.com. They promised me my order. I emailed them five times. no response. I tried to call, the mailbox is full. That was a month ago on october 17th. Thy charged m account. now I am fighting with my bank to get the funds back. out 248.00. What a scam.

Non performance on their part
bougth some jeans online from DenimJeanz.com, they charged my credit card but have not delivered, they sent confirmation order, i have tried their phone but as always, their mailbox is full and there is noone to talk to. I have sent them emails but have recieved no reply. i have cancelled the order, how do I get my money back.
