bad management
In a small town, all is heard and all is known; unfortunately this includes all the good, the bad, and the ugly. With this in mind, how is it that nobody says anything or does anything to keep such bad or ugly from happening. Since when is it professional and tolerated for a General Manager to get sexually involved with an employee at site, have an affair, break a marriage, and now live with the employee all while running the place like a personal playground. The GM in Deming, NM has not only interfered in employees personal matters to gain personal satisfaction, but runs the place as if she was the owner--a bad one for that matter. Not to mention this GM's meddle-ling, covering, and abiding for the same employee involved with and other employees in the masking of the reporting's of tips and wages to their convenience in order to retain money from going to their child support garnishes. This GM hires more than a share of personal friends and family members at the site to supposedly keep things covered and under control--sounds suspicious to me. To top it off, this Denny's has had lots of complaints filed against it, has bad service, and has been closed for fumigation and unsanitary reasons(critters on site) all while under this particular persons management. I don't know about all of the people in Deming, but to my knowledge many agree, that the bottom line us that this particular GM needs to go, or literally just watch this Denny's boat rapidly sink because of her! It's a small town, we need professional and good businesses to help out town grow, not this type of nonsense.

Bad food,Bad service
As we were on our way to California, we stopped in to have some supper. As we walked in I could tell it was a bad idea. No one was there to seat us, so we seated ourselves. We sta there for 10 min no one ever came to our table. I got up and got us some menu's. Another 10 mins waiting for someone to come and take our order. A total of 20 min sitting there! Finally someone comes and takes our order. Another 1 hour and 15 min goes by still no food. We are ready to walk out. My husbands' coke glass is empty and no one ever offers to fills it, even when they are walking by. How hard is it to ask someone if they would like a refill??? Finally here comes our order. I can tell as my husbad gets his, he is not going to like it. He had nachos and the chips were burnt and soggy. They were disgusting!!! I thought my husband was going to throw it on the floor. I tasted it and wanted to spit it out, it was that bad. he told the waitress to take it away quick and she did do that right. At this time as I have my food neither one of us have silverware. As we were waiting, the waitress swept up around us, HELLO ??? some people have asthma, thought I was going to choke. She brings me ranch for my chicken but we still have no silverware. I get up and go get some myself. I finally stopped the manager and told her about these so called "chips" she said sometimes they have to subsitute so I am thinking they cut up a torilla and bake, more like burnt it. It was disgusting!!! I know my son has done the same thing with torillas and that is what it looked like. The manager talked him into something else which was much better and faster free of charge. They took off that meal. When we got up to pay for the meal manager asked us how the meal was and we told him and then he had the nerve if we would like to put a tip on the card. I was floored, lol I said out fast NOOOOO, no way, no how. I have eaten in some that had some places pretty bad and service but this one is at the top of the list.

Terrible Service
I visited Denny's around 7:30pm, by 8:20 our food had not arrived yet. (1 burger, 1 grilled cheese, 1 chicken taco) The tables around us seemed to be getting their meals no problem. At no point after recieving our drinks did the waitress come to the table to check on us or apologize to us for the wait. The restaurant was not very busy to excuse that. I asked for a manager and complained about the wait. Her only condolence was that I didnt have to pay for the drinks and could leave. We asked about taking the food home if it was almost done, we were told it wasnt cooked yet. I have never had such horrible service and have the manager not do/say anything about it to help the situation and restore faith in the establishment. I honestly do not see myself returning to this location.

Bug in cup
My mom was at Denny's her and my little brother, and as they were getting ready to leave, she transferred her lemonade to a (to go) cup and as she was drinking from it she saw a bug in her cup and she wanted to file a complaint/law suit but wants to know what necessary steps she needs to take to get this done, as she has witnesses, pictures, and it should be on the Denny's surveillance tape. Do you know what she should do now?

Bug Found In Denny's Cup After Customer Drunk From It

Don't eat there
This Denny's is off of I-10 coming in from AZ to CA. at the Lovkin exit. It never has enough help and service is very slow. It is an old Denny's that's not very clean. Dinner menu is mediocre and they are always out of many items.

non serive of food because of a service animal
My friend and Daughter and myself, went into Denny's in CT. Now because I have seizures I wear a medical ID tag and have a service animal and he was wearing the required id. I also carry the state laws which agree with the ADA laws which I also carry with me at all times. Now the manager at Denny's not only would not look at the laws. He threw us out. This was also my daughters b-day and were we there to celebrate it. Now this dog is not a big dog. It is not a german sherpard, golden retervier or dogs you would expect to see as a service animal. He is a small dog and weighs about 12 pounds. He is there doing me a service he is there because he warns me of on coming seizures and has been on the money 100%. If I was by myself without my dog I would not know and would not be able to alert someone what would be going on.
I think all business need to be updated on the laws concerning service animals and that if they do not abide by them that the police can step in. Oh and yes I did talk to police and I was told that they could not make them service me, because this was a privately owned company. Well if this is a privately owned company then police should not support privately owned companies when they get robbed and let these companies take care of investigating themselves with they get rob or have problems. And not expect the police to get involved. I have taken my dog to the emergency room with me, doctors offices with, blood drawing stations with me so if all these places allow this animal into their office without questioning me then why do I get so much problems with business. By the way I was in Walmart and for the longest time I had a problem with Walmart and when I finally took it the manager and was walking out the door with the manager behind me and kids at the approximate ages of 6 and 7 said to their mother, hey mom that's a service dog and that we were taught in school we can't approach him because he is working. That made me stop and talk to the children and explain to them what my condition was and what he actually did for me. Talk about egg on that managers face. If children know what a service animal is and can identify them then why can't adults. And I have more children that can identify him as a service animal then adults and I spend more time educationing children in stores and their parents. Because talking to store owners and resturants owners it goes on deaf ears. So maybe writing an article on here might get the word out and help other people with the same problem. And the next time I am refused service I am going to start taking action until I am heard loud and clear. This is my first step. I am tired of not being able to leave my house without being with an adult who knows me. I would like to be able to do things on my own with my dog at myside. And to be fair to resturants I don't mind being seated away from everyone I actually perfer it.

Evil, Law-Breaking Hypocrites
I went to work for Denny's with all of the best intentions. I watched their training videos, and I aimed to give our customers the best dining experience possible, like the commercials promised. But Denny's doesn't care about maintaining their own standards. They don't back up their employees.

After a year and eight months, I was fed up with trying to run their business right. I was sick of roaches in the food. I was sick of labor and tax laws being broken. Health laws being broken. I was sick of filthy tables. I couldn't fix everything myself, so I called Corporate Denny's and complained. Denny's ignored me, and my managers fired me.

I was perhaps the most dedicated waiter ever to work for this company. I was too good for them. They're crooks, and people should know. Your health is at risk if you eat at Denny's. If you work for them, they'll work you overtime and not pay you for it. And the list goes on.

Customer Service cold food
We got our food, it was cold, the waitress was rude and when my friend amanda got up to pay a host named heidi liturally threw her money at her and swore at her. so she had to pick her money off the floor. I had nothing to with this and i was rudely told by, i think the manager that i was no longer welcome at Denny's even though I had done nothing wrong. The worst part about it is I complained to Jim the Manager the next day who promised to look into the issue, , he never got back to me, they were closed for remodeling, so i called back when they reopened and proceeded to be blown off by Tim Finley another manager. I am outraged and I will complain about this untill i get some compansation, , possibly sue for harassment.in addition to that the order of fries my friend amanda ordered not were cold but it was barely half an order.
