Denta White Reviews

Major Scam
I had two charges to my credit card for $92.37. The first I reported to my bank. It was a charge for a webhost company. When I called them, they weren't any help. I just realized that I didn't go back far enough on my bank statements because there was another a few months before that for "Smite Tonight". I just reported this one. There hasn't been any new charges since my card was cancelled due to the first scam. PLEASE check your statements. They just try to sneak them in. How can "Denta White" get away with this SCAM?

Unauthorized charge
Cancelled after Free Trial but charged my Credit card anyway. When contacted they persuaded me to extend the trial period and upon cancellation of the new trial period, I was told they have problem with the Merchant (Green Tea) and no credit will be issued and to pursue it with my credit card company which I did; but then this company submitted a rebuttal. It's crazy!!

Fraud, no product, threating to send to collection agency for lack of payment
Signed up for free trial of teeth whitener via internet ad late July 2009 /Denta White and one other tooth whitening product and paid the small charge for shipping.
Visa Credit card used was being charged $92.00 from unknown offshore company within days of order. Bank issuing the card would not pay because it deemed it a fraudlent charge. Advised us to cancel account to keep from being charged by this unknown company. We received trial product and immediate called and canceled. I was issued cancellation number and thought I was done with the company. Received letter dated Mar 26th, 2010 saying I owed $182.64 from Natural Wellness Resources, Willington DE for membership in Denta White and Health Tracker but since I canceled credit card they could not send product or bill for it. They threaten to send my lack of payment to third party collection agency. I was unable to locate the cancellation number I was given and did not want credit score to take a hit. I called Natural Wellness Resources for resolution and was told I could settle for $122.64 since I did not receive the Healthtracker newsletter/email. I was willing to charge this to my Mastercard, 4/7/2010 to resolve but thought it was ripoff I could not get them send the 6 months of product that I was supposely being charged for. I gave info over the phone on Credit card so I could avoid credit score hit, as I, m looking to buy a house in the next year, and was told I would receive my cancellation number in a letter only after the payment made. So, waiting for letter, no charge yet to Mastercard. They Mastercard probably will not let them charge my account. Now, I being robo phoned by an entity called FMA Alliance. Internet search fould they are a collection agency. So here we go. Sincerely, Mad as Hell in Missouri. PS. In need of good legal advice.

Teeth Whitening Product
I read an ad for teeth whitening that would cost $14.95 for a trial period of 14 days. After 10 days, I called to cancel and was told that my 10 days were up. These people charged my bank account $92.37, then 1 month after i cancelled, I was charged another $54.95.
My bank will not honor me, I have to pay this. How wrong is this? I actually got an email from this company in march saying that they are so sorry that they have to cancel my membership for non payment. Now is that guts or what?

rip off
Company offered a free sample for a shipping fee. When you click on okay, they actually charge your bank account for $99.00.

Fraud
It is useless to call them. It is easier to talk to a wall. They took over $400 out of our account before we finally cancelled our card.

File a complaint with the BBB.
File a complaint with the State of Delaware, Consumer Affairs.
I have attached a link to the complaint form. The address is

I guess if enough people file a compaint and a suit is ever filed, at least they will have our information. I would gladly join in.

Scammed
I also got ripped for $92.37 and I can understand my lack of knowledge in reading the "How It Works" but when I called the Customer service I was told I was not in the 50 day period for a return. I had explained I had been activated to fullfill my Military obligation only 2 weeks after ordering my "Trial" and was not able to send back this product till I returned back from training. I will be contacting the Attoney General and seeing if the military can enlighten this company on the country's military laws and rules on active duty personell.

Hidden charges
Based on Consumer Report article went to the website for a trial size. Paid $4.98 for the product. Cover of the website says nothing about subscriptions or example of monthly cost. Received a phone call confirming the trial offer, but no question as to whether I had received the package or tried it. Also, no mention of an additional charge if not canceled within the trial period and no mention of an automatic subscription with a monthly charge. Received a bill for $4.98 S&H, ordered on 12/21 didn't receive my package until after 1/1/10 (outside the trial window). Package had enough product for five daily applications, but was referred to as a four week supply by the rep. It contained two plastic syringes with product and two bite trays. There is no indication that the product should only be used for five days per month. Received a second bill for $158.27 which supposedly was the actual cost of the trial size with an $88 monthly charge. Company refuses to refund or to take unopened product back for credit.

Failure to Deliver and Unauthorized Charges
I responded to an add in a web-article about teeth whitening and getting product samples for shipping costs -- like $4. Instead, I was billed $92.37 and never received the product. Also, unbeknownst to me, I was on a list to receive monthly shipments of Denta-White, probably at outrageous prices.

When I got my credit card bill I I called the phone number listed with my charge. The company says it will reverse the charge, but I'm stopping payment on my CC account.
