I ORDERED 1 TRIAL SAMPLE FOR $1.00 THEN 3 OR 4 DAYS LATER I RECIEVED A PACKAGE IN THE MAIL WITH TWO DENTA WHITE INSIDE, WELL THEN I THOUGH THAT THIS MUST BE PART OF THE TRAIL SO I PAYED IT NO MIND JUST TO FIND OUT WHEN I GOT MY STATMENT ON 1/21/10 THAT A CHAGER OF $92.37 HAVE BEEN CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD, I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEAT THE TRAIL PEROD HAS PAST AND THAT THEY CAN NOT ISSUE MY A REFUND I TOLD THEM THE I WOULD MAIL THEM THIS PRODUCT BACK AND DISPUTE THE CHARGES, THE KNEW THAT THEY WERE AT FAULT SO SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD ISSUE ME 50% OF THE CHARGE AND TO SEE IF I CAN FIND SOMEONE TO SELL THIS PRODUCT TOO, THEY ALSO HAVE ANOTHER NUMBER THAT IS ON MY STATEMENTIS AS FOLLOW-1-866-893-8504* UTAND IT IS LISTED ON MY STATEMENT AS -WHITER DENTA, THIS NEEDS TO STOP ! I NOW WE ARE ALL LOW ON FUNDS FOR THIS COMPANY TO TRY AND RIP US OFF I HAVE CALLED (2) JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT I AM OFF THE MAILING LIST

In an attempt to reach this company for a refund, I now feel very frustrated and out $92.00. There should be away to contact a business, via email or phone (no one answers or leaves you on hold for over 10 minutes with no answer); this is a crime against consumers. There needs to be an internet policy regarding contacts. No company should be able to advertise their products without contact information. If anyone knowsa better way how to reach this company, please respond.

In November of 2009 I ordered a product that I believed to cost approximately $5.99. It is called Denta White, Professional Teeth Whitener. I closely inspected this website before ordering. I never used this product when it arrived (i.e. unopened), and was very surprised to receive another package of the same product. Each time I was charged $92.37. I would not have ordered ANY of this product if I believed it was any other cost than was advertised. I cannot afford this, nor am I interested in any other product that is deceptively advertised. I understand I am allowed to return one of the packages for a refund, but I need to return both. I have not touched it and I cannot afford it. Please cancel any further shipments and charges, and please refund me for BOTH of the products sent (i.e. $184.74.) I will not stop pursuing this until it is fully resolved.
The manager name I was told to contact is JASON I.D.# 4792. This was told to me by Jennifer at 866-893-8504 who stated that she was a floor supervisor.

I experienced the same thing with purchase of 2 samples, then my account was debited the 92.34, then another for $80 something. Had to close my account and reverse charges are pending. Contact took 2 1/2 hours to finally talk to a real person and get an RA number to return the product. What a scam and yes, maybe we are gullible to purchase this type of item but it was not "free" product, it was purchased and no where was there any sort of contract signed for. These are two companies working together to rip off as many people as possible. I have turned them into BBB and have hired a lawyer. I am sick and tire of this kind of crap! It is illegal and there should be something done about it! Why can't these criminals be taken to court and sent to jail without it costing the consumer a shit load of money? Where is the government control in this type of scam? I personally plan to take this as far as I possibly can.

Now i read about the snuggies scam and and caught in that one trying to find a leapord snuggie. Crap, where does this stuff get stopped, really???

I ordered Denta White on the website on 11/26/09. I received the product on 12/5/09 and was charged on 12/6/09 because my 10 day trial period was over on 12/6/09. It took 9 days to receive the product and could not cancel on Saturday 12/6/09 without being charged. Total scam and the best they could do is offer me 1/2 off the price. Now I will dispute the charges
