DentaWhite does bad business!!!
Denta White offers a free 10 day trial for their teeth whitening product. They advertise you only have to pay shipping and handling which in my case was O.99. After submitting my order for the free trial, I received no e-mail stating it was being shipped so I thought maybe the order didn't go through. I tried to call the customer service number 8 days after I ordered it to see if the product was on the way and also to cancel before being charged anymore $.It was a recording saying they were having high call volume and it would be a long wait, so needless to say, being a busy person, I hung up and was going to call later. 12 days after I ordered the product it arrived(after the 10 day trial expired)so I realized they had received my order and I realized I had probably been scammed. I checked my bank acct and sure enough, they had charged my acct for 92.37 two day prior. THEY CHARGED ME AND I HADN"T EVEN RECEIVED THE PRODUCT!!! One more thing, when the order arrived it had no invoice or phone number to cancel. I had to do detective work to figure out how to cancel the membership. I am trying to get a refund for the $92.37, so I will keep you posted of how that goes. I would strongly suggest not to order from Denta White!!! I hope this helps someone from ordering the "free 10 trial"-what a joke!!!

Charged without receiving product
I was charged $92.37 for a product I never received. The only solution I was given by the company was that they would send me another package of the product since I had already paid for it. I wasn't even given the opprotunity to try the product to see if it was something that I was willing to pay for!! This site should be shut down because it is a total rip off.. What is originally supposed to cost .99 cent ended up costing me $92.37. Please avoid these people or lose your money!!

Complaint
Denta White, Beverly hills Smile, Precision Whitening, Celebrity Smile:
I got scammed also, they have a license to steal, It is a blatant misconception to steal your money, they enroll you in other scams with your credit card and all kinds of charges appear on you monthly statement way after the fact. How can anyone live with themselves as this is how they make a living and it continues without anyone being able to stop them. Their terms and agreements give them the license to steal. They lie and tell you it will cost you $0.99 or $1.95 to try it. They immediately charge $92.37, $59.95 or $138.27 to your credit card. Also other affiliated company have access to your number and charge you for e mail advise. It is a nightmare to stop the charges or get any money back. You just need to cancel you card but you will ultimately pay hundreds of dollars for your sample vile of teeth whitener. Scammed in Montana

scam
Purely white along with Denta white got me also. Purely white one of the more current names for these shady merchants. My story is much the same as other victims so won't repeat here. These companies change their product names, webs sites and have multiple physical addresses in the US and aboard.
Currently banks and credit unions and credit card companies aren't protecting us from this type buisness practice.
Ask you banking institution to block these types of companies from posting charges on their member's accounts, they can do this I have learned.
In these senerios the "merchants" have all the power and they change their name everytime they bill to your credit card. Fair acting companies don't this.
Good luck

Out about 200.00 US for a product I didn't use

refund
I ordered a free trial of this product on Oct. 3, 2009 using my debit card and the very next day (Oct. 4, 2009) I cancelled it online and over the phone with a gentlemen named Wally. He said yes I see that it was cancelled and there will be no additional charges. I asked if I needed to return the product once I got it and he told me no at least try the product and let us know what you think of it. I said, " But I will not be charged anything else because I have six kids and am a single mom". He told me no. A couple of weeks later I had a charge on my debit account for $92. I called the company and they said it was never cancelled- that I would have gotten a cancellation e-mail. The said just return the product unopened and you will get a refund. I never opened the product and returned it the next day. I then called on (Nov. 12, 2009) a couple weeks later to check on my refund and they said it was processed and denied because the clear plastic bag was opened and the product was put into ziploc bags. All of which is untrue. T never opened the clear plastic bag and never put it in bags. I assume it is very easy for them to get a product and say whatever they want to in order to not give a refund. I believe this company has done whatever they want if they don't document a cancellation then it was never cancelled and if they get a product unopened they can say whatever they want. I asked to talk to a supervisor or the returns dept. and Claudia told me that a supervisor could do nothing and you can't talk directly to the returns dept. So basically it is there word against mine. I have learned my lesson to not trust those companies or purchase a "free trial", but it seems unfair that they can get away with whatever they want. I didn't realize I needed to take a picture of my unopened product because I would have.

Unauthorized Credit Card Use
I wish I would have done my homework before "clicking" for a so-called free trial. No company should be authorized to continually charge a credit card for services unless agreed to in writing -- I cannot believe our laws allow companies such as this to operate. Their web-page advertising and trial offer is deceptive; their billing practices are deceptive; their refund policy is absurd, especially when their web-page advertises "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" and the Better Business Bureau has rated this company F on a scale of A+ to F! If this were a reputable company, an "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" box -- at the very least -- should pop up before making a purchase to guarantee all T&C's are understood by the consumer. For those of you with the misfortune of being charged twice within 30 days check out your statement -- the amount is the same I'll bet but the Merchant name will be different. Why would a reputable company submit identical transactions under different names -- because it's fraud! Do not even look at these web pages -- do yourself a favor -- go to your dentist for teeth whitening. It's cheaper! File a dispute with your credit card company -- keep all your documentation; file a report with the Better Business Bureau and by all means, tell everyone you know not to do business with any of these companies on the internet: Smile Bright, First Support Solutions, T89 Wie Vita Systems, LLC, Denta White, Dental White, 405 Natural Health Systems.

They take money out of your account even when you cancel your trial
On October 15th I placed a trial offer for a teeth whitening product. You are to cancel within a certain time frame in order to not have your card charged. Long story short is before my ten days were up I cancelled. The next few days they took money 92. 34 out of my account for a new shipment. Oh did I mention that I still havent received the free trial offer!!! Well when I noticed they took the money out of my account they gave every excuse in the world. So i needed to send the free trial back. Funny thing is I still havent received it. Then when I did get it I sent it back via UPS overnight & confirmed it was received. Now 5 days later no one can tell me when it will be processed in order to get my money back. This company has a slew of unproffessional people working for them. Nothing they say makes sense. I am also complaining with the BBB about this. I have never dealt with such an incompitent company trying to rip people off. I am not going to ever trust a trial offer again. Do Not trust Denta White.

as crooked as they get
On 10/27/09 I wrote about unauthorized charges from denta white. I called they cancelled the auto ship feature and said that I would'nt be charged for anything. I called on 11/02/09 to find out how long it would take for the company to credit my account. I was told that there wouldn't be a credit because the $92.37 was for the "free" sample since I didn't cancel during the trial period. I again explained that i never received the sample and wanted to be refunded. The rep then says the they have "confirmation" from the USPS that the package was delivered on 10/17/09, and that she could give me a tracking number to take to the post office and ask where my package was. Alot of good that was going to do. Like the post office would say, " Oh, you never received your package because one of our postal workers stole it and there is nothing that you can do about it because we have a confirmed delivery." or "You didn't get a package because one was never sent from this crooked company, but there is nothing that can be done because we show that it was delivered." The rep then said that on the order confirmation it says that if you don't receive your sample withun 5 days to call and they will extend your trial period. How are you supposed to remember that it says to call in 5 days if your sample doesn't come when in bold type abve this portion it says that it won't be delivered for 10-14 days. I'm out almost a hundred bucks for something that I never received because I trusted a supposedly reputable company. I will also be out the money for over limit fees and such from the card company. Luckily I cancelled the old number so they can't charge me anymore but even though it didn't really do anything I did get a dig in at the end of my call, I said that you guys are making a lot of money ripping people off for products they never receive. You should have a low overhead no shipping charges for you and no products to store because there is no product. Then I hung up.
