Do NOT ORDER this product. The number listed to contact them for a refund is routed to a Answering Service, they are not direct employees of this company & cant help you get a refund, all they can do is cancel the withdrawls. The first operator I spoke to was a supervisor named Matt. He was very rude & threatened me by telling me that it was too bad I was liar & he would be happy to charge my card for more money. I ordered this product & tried to cancel within my 10 day trial period (4days after i recieved it) However they said I didnt call to cancel. (bull!) They charged my debit card 4 times for over $85.00 each time. Me not knowing they didnt cancel, overdrew my bank account. Thank GOD I filed a claim with my bank. (Also found out they change their name each time they withdraw) They canceled my debit card & are sending me a new one with a new number, They are going to watch my account to make sure they dont get additional money from me & my bank is refunding me my money & going after these scum bags. Please Dont order from this company.

on 10/09/09 I ordered a "free" trial of the product, paid a shipping fee and printed off the receipt. I waited for the product the 10-14 days that it said it would take to receive the sample. It never came. On 10/27/09 I called the credit card company that I had used to check my balance. To my shock there was a charge for $92.37 that I didn't make. I notified the credit card that this was not an authorized charge. They credited it back and started an investigation and issued a new #. Later I realized who the charge was from. I called the denta white company to complain to them that I never got the trial and to cancel any memberships. Their answer was that the sample had been delivered on 10/17/09 and the trial had ended on 10/19/09 ( 10 days from the order date, but 2 days from the date of supposed delivery). When I asked how the trial could start from the order date when the confirmation receipt said it would take 10-14 days to receive, the operator simply said "that is how it works for us on our end." I told them that was wrong and said I didn't want any of their products and that they could keep the shipping fees and that I expected to find no charges for any other products. I got the confirmation # and operator # to have some proof of the cancellation. I then called my credit card co. back and told them that I found out who the charges were from and that I had cancelled the orders, they put me on hold, when they came back they said there was already a credit being processed for the amount of $92.37. I now have to check for fees from my credit card co. for over limit fees, charge fees from denta white, etc. I can only hope this is my last encounter with them.

I have just been informed (by Denta White) that the $92 charged to my credit card will NOT be refunded. I originally called a couple of weeks ago to let them know that their "free trial offer" is a scam and I am not interested in the product. When you sign up it makes you believe that if you pay for shipping $0.99 you get to try the product for free. 14 days later my credit card was charged an additional $92. I immediately called to cancel any future payments and to see how I could get a refund. The customer service rep assured me that if I sent the product back right away, they would refund the money. I had opened the box but had not taken anything out of it's individual packets so was confident I would receive my money back as promised. Today, they told me that they would not be able to redistribute the product so I was SOL. I plan on seeking legal action and shutting this operation down as soon as possible. It is a crime and they should not be able to rip anyone else off. They should be ashamed of what they are doing...it is called stealing.

DO NOT ORDER THE FREE TRIAL!!! THEY SAY IT'S UNDER $2 FOR THE TRIAL AND THEN I SAW A CHARGE ON MY CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR $92!!! DO NOT USE THEM, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. IT'S A SCAM!

I'm deeply upset regarding the lack of return policy and the mis-representation of a FREE trial. Their product Denta White, is not really a product it's a "service" you get obligated to without your knowledge. Once you hit click to shipping costs, you've rendered your rights as a consumer to "100% guaranteed satisfaction". They do not send out email, invoice, nor confirmation for simple logistics like contract agreement, company information, no return policy. Nor, when you receive the "service" (actual product) and cirtianley not when they charge you monthly "service fees". (Like "Netflix", as they compared it too.)
These practices are a "rip- off", "robbing -you- blind", and out right fraud to the public.
I've been denied of a full refund for my "free trail", but I'm not going to take this sitting down. As far as actual product, Denta White, I cannot comment. I did not get around to trying it due to the daily grind of being a full time home-maker. I'm still waiting for a moment to do something nice just formyself. But! As a personl who beleives in consumer protection and honesty, I CAN NOT in good faith try out this product.
People be aware, DO NOT get stuck with unwated charges of $92.00 each month. Do not fall for this Free Trail trap.
