Here is why I am complaining about my bad experience with Dental Associates: 1) I was sent home after having 4 teeth removed while I was actively bleeding. I was given cotton gauze to soak up the blood but it was not sufficient and I got blood stains in my car and on my Pharmacist’s carpet. 2) I was required to come back for a check up on the progress of my gum disease without also scheduling a dental cleaning. 3)I was required to make 2 appointments for the dental cleaning, not for my convenience, but because of the dental assistant’s schedule. 4) I then received a bill because their services were not "usual and customary". I have contacted Dental Associates by phone and by letter but they have not addressed my complaints.
