On May 28th 2009, I went there to to have a bridge re-cemented in place. They NEVER discussed or mentioned that there was NO guarantee how long the repair would last. They billed my insurance company and I paid a $55.00 co-pay. Less than 18 HOURS later, the repair failed and the bridge came out in a salad I was eating (no croutons). I contacted them the next day (Friday) and they scheduled me for a repair today (6/5/2009). The sat me down without any protective bib in place and made a mess of my shirt and I had water and dental matter all over my face and neck. Only after I mentioned it to them did they offer me a napkin type bib. When the repair was completed, I was BILLED AGAIN $35.00 more!!!
A discussion with the office manager Dawn, netted ZERO.
I have filed a formal complain with the Better Business Bureau as well as formally have disputed the 2 VISA charges with my VISA company. They may have the resources to actually lie their way out of everything, but I am sick and tired of these sort of places who take advantage of the working class family. You would think that with the economy that way it is, customer service would improve in an effort to gain and maintain a customer base. Not so with them, they must have trillions of dollars to blow!
As an aside, I have noticed that they are NEVER friendly when you walk in and they have an attitude that you owe them something just for the pleasure of being there...
We are moving our entire family to another nearby dental office.
This place is a RIP-Off in my opinion (as is any comment I make regarding them) and I would RUN, not walk to the exit door and a better Dental service (like Summerfield Dental).
