I went to western dental for check up and complaint on a tooth ache. They told me it would be $1700.00 that I needed 3 root canals and that I could pay just $178.00 down. So I paid them $178.00. I decided the next day not to have the work done and wanted a 2nd opinion and ask them to refund my monies. They told me it would take 30 to 60 days. I ask them why I just gave them the check they said it took Corporate that long to process the refund. It took me 12 phone calls and 3 months later to get my refund, and now my daughter is going thru the same thing, only they told her last month they sent the check and we never got it, and now they have told her they sent a check last friday to the Chico store, but a week later we do not have it. it has been since august. There is something wrong with this situation, how many more consumers are they using their money for months on end for nothing? something needs to be done.
