I participated in an on-line promotional product survey by M/s BRIGHT WHITE. I had to pay $3.87 for shipping charge & $1.49 for registration charge, which I paid on-line using

my VISA Card issued by an Indian Bank. But to my surprise following amount is charged from my Card:
