Free trial$1.99 - hidden costs $88
I sent for my "free" trial, cost $1.99. After one week I was sent several more containers of whitening at a cost of $88 that I was unaware of ordering. I guess it was in the "fine" print. I have since returned the product and waiting for a credit on my card.

BILLED FOR UNEXPECTED SHIPMENT OF DENTECH WHITENING. NEED TO SHIP UNOPENED PRODUCT BACK (PLS. PROVIDE ADDRESS FOR RETURN). AND WANT FULL REFUND TO MY CREDITCARD. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANY FURTHER CHARGES BESIDES THE TRIAL CHARGES.

fraud charges
I ordered this products trial offer and no where in the information field did it say anything about having to cancel within a certain amount of time some membership or I would be charged every month a fee of $88.97. I tried to cancel this on the website they sent me to but does not exist---

charged $88. cant afford this.. did not approve this charge
i was completley shocked to see that items were being bounced in my account due to the charge applied by this company.. was unaware of the auto enrollment system..i am asking please to be refunded.. during these times i can hardly afford my regular bills.. i used the sample once and am completly willing to ship it back.. i spoke to a rep and cancelled everything.. please respect my request..thank you

Taking money from my card when not even used for 14 day trial yet.
I took the 14 day trial. I just received this product at the first of last week so that means i have had this product about 7 days. I have already had money taken from my card when i have not even been able to try it for 14 days. So i have cancelled my order and would like for a full refund to be added back to my card please.

Fruadulent scheme
This is advertised as a free trial, a one-time charge of about $1.00 for teeth whitening. Boy I wish I looked for complaints on this one! I cannot believe I actually did this! I feel like a complete idiot. After 15 days, they charge you about $90 (and supposedly every month after) to continue use of this product. I am fuming with anger as I am a single mother with limited income. I am reporting them to the FCC because I received over 15 harassing phone calls from these people after ordering. What a SCAM!!!

Shipment of unwanted items
I was unaware that I been auto enrolled into a monthly shipment program. They had given me a 14 day sample which I had only for a week. I then received a shipment of pruduct for 89.95. I called and they told me I had only 15 day from the ORDER date to cancel the auto ship and since I did't they sent me an order. I just gort an e-mail back from them and they said I could keep the order for half price. They would not refund the full price.

hidden fees
I was sent additional products I did not ask for or authorize. I was charged $88.97 for products. There are hidden fees when applying for free trial offer. I would like my charge of $88.97 to be returned into my Visa account.

Wonderfull
I have tried this product and i think it is wonderfull, Most of you people out there are just dence and dont read the terms and conditons which is quite clear on how you will get charger 15 days after the order date not after you recieve it maybe next time get a clue and just dont scroll threw everything and read carefully casue it is your own fault that you are charged I ordered and called in during the trial period and did not get charged the monthly fee the were quite pleasant on the phone and helped me out alot...Remember kids next time read before handing out ur credit card number dont complain when its CLEARLY your own fault...
