Placed an order on xmas eve, pickup was scheduled at 4pm. We called and asked if we could pick up earlier, employee on the phone replied "sure, come in 1/2 from now". I went there, waited on line just to hear a dark haired female employee shout at me like i was 5 years old " you arent suppost to be here til 4pm! This is news to me about an early pick up"! "You have to wait"! So i waited just to have "joe" the cook/manager come over and also scold me like i was 5yrs old in these words " do you see this line of people? I dont get home til 730 tonite and its like this all day youll have to deal with waiting until we are done". Dont know why he said that i was waiting quietly and wasnt complaining, my point was dont tell me to come and not have the order ready, have me wait on line, yell at me, give me an attitude, make me wait 45min more then charge me almost 200.00 for 2 skimpy light platters. Never again!
