After 4 phone calls over the past month with average wait time of over 30 minutes each call, I have received very poor support and service from the licensing departments to help me with my license re-enstatement. My conditional license was terminated due to an error on their part to not update my course completion information. Since then I have been trying to get my information to them via a fax they provided. They continued to tell me to "check back". After my third phone call, I gently said to a woman named Arita in the license support department that I'd really appreciate it if you can let me know at least whether my fax (sent twice) is received and in the pipeline and to let me know what to expect and when because I need to have the license to write up a contract. I also let her know that I had waited 43 minutes to talk to her, and that I would really appreciate some help. She was extremely rude, and said that there are many people that sent in the information before me and that they are still working on items received over 3 weeks ago. It was extremely frustrating because she was very short, very rude, and was not helpful at all. I asked her to please understand that I had been calling so many times and really hoped to get more information. She cut me off and started going on and on about the fact that they will get to me when they get to me. I got off the phone feeling extremely frustrated. I think the service attitude was unbelievable and certainly unprofessional, unacceptable. But I also can't find a way to let their department manager knows this.
