I don't understand how a customer service help line could be busy all day long. I have been trying for a week straight to get through and nothing. How can you possibly pleed your case with this agency if they won't see you in person, and you can not get through on the phone. Who can help you, isn't this suppose to be the agency that helps & feeds the needy, misfotunate people, don't they rely on this dept. to get food on the table for unemployed parents and mainly KIDS. This system sucks, it is WRONG.
If you swing by the dept. of children and families you will see that they are on a constant break, or celebrating a birthday or baby shower, all at the expense of the tax payers money. Before they had to give you appointments and meet with you face to face, they don't even do that anymore. Now they have more time than ever in their hands. So why aren't the needy people getting the help they despertly need. ONLY GOD KNOWS. Why can't anybody get through to the customer service help center, because they just don't care, that's all. Nobody cares, they delay your case because they are too damn lazy to get moving, or maybe to busy parting.
