For two days now I keep getting a phone call from some guy with a heavy accent, and he tells me that I have a lawsuit filed against me. He has all my personal information but I won't confirm it's mine, and I told him I was going to file a criminal complaint against them and he told me "He didn't give a shit what I did."

They are not a valid company and they are trying to get money out of people for nothing. Beware.
