When the police believe that a person is guilty of a crime, they find and build a case before they proceed. Not Social Services, , they hear, , they react. Even innocent families are torn apart by Social Services, with a lack of any facts, but will go by hear say or a single report, , false or not. They will take your kids away, put you thru financial hell. Send you to Parenting Classes, anger management, and even send you to a Physc. for evaluation. When you try to give your side of the story, , they ignore you. I can understand with all the abuse cases they may have, , , why must they treat each case as if the parents are automaticall guilty, until proven innocent..But in the thes cases you cant prove yourself innocent, , because, they are a government run organizaion, , they never lose, unless you have enough financial backing to buy everyone off..I think they have too much power.. In a rescent phone conversation I had with the Assistant Directer of Social Servises, I asked why they had torn a happy family apart, even after finding out by the children, that all their ( Social Services ) charges, , were FALSE, , would they further their case?? I was replied to that Social Services didnt care of the truth or the family happiness, , just what they think is right for the children, , thats all that counts..Worst of all, , they send your kids to foster homes to any county in the state they want, to make it seem you dont care, because you cant make it to visitations all the time. I think we need to look further into the reason why they have so much power to ruin families, because of what 'real' abusers are doing..They need to be restricted in some way, to stop destroying what a lot of good, honest, safe homes that these children are in. Mt 2 step-daughters were torn from their mom, sister, newborn nephew, school, and friends, all because Social Services thinks this is best for them..
