As a result of posting resume on Careerbuilder, Monster/Yahoo Hotjobs, etc. I got a spam from a company calling themselves Dereon Inc. saying I could become a secret shopper, make lots of money, asking where is the closest Wallmart to me, etc.

They sent me a contract, which i naively filed and faxed back to them at the fax no provided 646-915-1590.

Then they started sending these email saying that checks of different value were sent to my address and I would have to make different purchases Wallmart and later. After I told them it was a scam and that nothing has been sent to me or received by me, they started saying to go shopping online…and very shortly, they want ed me to go to Western union to send some money they would say they sent me to some random people located in foreign countries,

So, of course nothing has been sent to me by Fedex, by regular mail or any other way what so ever!! but i worry that they might use my personal info for other purposes.

After going through this, I did some research online and have seen that other people complained about being scammed by this company and being required personal info.

Please help do something about this company to stop them ripping off people and sending all these scam job offers...!!

I was lucky enough to stop after their "first task" and hopefully will not get damaged through the info i have provided by filling the "employment" contract they send me...but as i see, there are so many more people that have really been ripped off by these people!

I would appreciate if you could help me with an information about your payment method. How is the payment calculated? on a daily basis or on a task basis? for any of these, what is the payment per day/ task? The contract only gives some generic info on an estimated amount for a monthly basis, but no info on how is that calculated.
