The product was nothing special. I was most influenced by the flaky business practices when I called to return during my trial period. First I hear "It's your lucky day!" to pay a lower price for the 1st month. When I made clear I intend to return and cancel, the tricks started... do they think consumers are that stupid? First, send to the address on the box (thinking you didn't keep it). Next, RACE through the return address so you don't have time to write it down. DhuH! "Can you repeat that" was easy. The sleeziest was next - they gave a 4 digit zip code. That experience pretty much confirmed this isn't the type of reputable business that I'd trust the products of. But try! go for it. Write down the return date, and pump out the last drop of the trial container in your own jar. REALLY TRY IT FOR FREE. The go on to the next forced shipping porduct and get that for free the same way. Burn these companies the way they are trying to burn you by charging your card. I confirmed the UPS return the day before the deadline!! :) Outsmart them all and get free products until these companies go away for good!!!

This company offered a FREE sample, only to find out when it came that they were signing me up for automatic monthly shipments. This is a SCAM. I am currently in the process of disputing the charges and have cancelled the automatic enrollment.

Dermapril is a scam!! Do not fall for the free trial. It is a lie! Dermapril is a fraud! All false and misleading advertisment.

As a test, before you order the product, try to reach the company via phone. You will not be able to reach anyone in person. Beware, once Dermapril has your credit card number, you credit card will be charged without your authorization repeatedly!

I cancelled the trial as advertised, yet payment was extracted from my credit card unbeknownst to me more than once. I had to make 3-4 attempts before I could cancel via the Dermapril website, as the cancel button appared as "disabled" repeatedly. I have tried to reach them via phone and e-mail to get my money back to no avail.

It is a rip off. The product is just an overly expensive bleaching cream (like Ambi) you can buy at your local pharmacy for $7.00-$10.00!!!

this company was giving away free samples to try for a 2-wk period. First, I did not receive this product in a timely fashion and according to the letter enclosed with the sample, the date to return the free sample if I did not like it was only 7 days from the date of receipt. I called the company and they extended my trial period. I then wanted to cancel my trial and they said they would send me a UPS shipping label via e-mail at which time I told them that I did not have access to a printer. This was on 10/22/09. Dermpril rep told me that the UPS store could print out the label which UPS told me they could not when I brought the product to be shipped on 11/2. UPS personnel printed out a new shipping label with information provided to myself along with a tracking #. As of 11/5, Dermapril Returns Dept is set to receive it according to UPS tracking on-line. I called Dermapril and told them not to charge my account for the shipping cost b/c I had already sent it using the label provided to me by UPS here in CT. UPS also told me that a company cannot charge for a label that is not used. I called Dermapril on 11/5 and they said that in deed, they could charge my account for the cost of shipping and also notified me that my account had been charged an additional $79.95 for the product b/c it was not returned. This product was RETURNED and my account should not have been charged anything by this company. Of course, the supervisor was not available to speak with as they said she was in a meeting and that she would call me back at the number I provided. I firmly believe that since I returned this product my bank account should not be charged. I want my account refunded all monies Dermapril took. They are a crooked company and refused to give me corporate headquarters number.
