They advertise along with Reservatrol Ultra to make you look younger in just 2 weeks. They offer free products, but read the fine print otherwise you will be charged for the free products exactly 2 weeks from your order date. And when you do realize in 2 weeks that their product does not make you look younger, it is too late they have already charged you for the free pruduct. And with Reservatrol Ultra it is near impossible to get someone on the phone and then they tell you to call back in 3 days to see if your request has been processed. These company's products do not produce the results they claim.

What a rip-off this turned out to be. I also ordered their RISK FREE trial sample. I attempted to contact them within the fourteen (14) day trial period, to no avail. Today I was checking my bank account and noticed that there was a pending charge from Demapril for $85.90. I figured I had already paid for the original trial offer and that would be my lost. However, I did not authorized any additional shipment, nor had I received anymore shipment. I was livid to say the least. I called their customer service number and after about 20 minutes of their messages and suggestions to leave a message and they would call me later. Someone did call me back and after providing all the information he requested he tried to tell me a refund was non negotiable. After explaining to him that I was not trying to negotiate with him about the previous charge on my credit card but that the pending charge was non negotiable. First, I don't have the merchandise, did not authorize any further merchandise and should not be charged for something I don't have. He than asked me to hold on and came back with an offer of a $50.00 refund and asked me if I would keep the Dermapril. Again, I explained to him that I did not have the product, nor did I want it and that I wanted my entire refund. I told him I was calling my credit card company and was going to dispute this charge. After a lot of yelling (on my part) the man I was talking to asked me to again hold on. He came back with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and said it would take about 30 days to get my refund. I asked why would it take so long and he said they would have to check the merchandise, to which and I responded, you took my money prior to my receiving the merchandise why should it take you so long to return my money. I told him fine, I was still going to dispute this with my card company when the bill came in with their charge on it. This is ridiculous and and I agree this company should be investigated.

these people are sleazy con artists specializing in consumer victimization. i was billed for and paid a $5.95 shipping charge for a "free sample" of dermapril as offered on the internet. i never received the "free" sample, although i called twice to advise them of this fact and both times was assured it would be sent promptly. after waiting six weeks, i e-mailed them and cancelled any further dealings with them, and i received a return e-mail confirmation. one week thereafter, i received a package containing a bottle of dermapril along with an invoice for $85.50!!! I promptly returned the package along with a detailed letter of explanation, requesting a credit be issued to my credit card account. They e-mailed me back and said no credit would be issued!!! I have spent valuable time and effort trying to resolve this matter. It is impossible to reach them by phone - only a recording. i am already out of pocket $5.95 for something never received and they are attempting to bilk me for $80 for something i didn't order in violation of their cancellation confirmation and which was returned to them at my expense. these people are blatant shysters, their ad is an outrageous scam, the public should be made aware of their frankly criminal tactics.
