Website customer service doesn't work
This company is a scam.
The receipt that comes with the trial order says to visit their website and click on Customer Service to cancel the "Delivery Rewards Program membership."
The Customer Service page has a link to click on to cancel membership. That link goes no where.
There is no other link, email or contact information for canceling.
The "test trials" that are provided as evidence are extremely small (25 - 75); I personally experienced a strong allergic response (burning and itching, red rash), although I've never had that with another cosmetic cream.

Continuous Shipments and Billing
I ordered what was to be a risk free trial (except for a S&H fee) of a teeth whitening product which grew to include a risk free trial of a wrinkle remover product. Before I had a chance to use the product, I was billed an additional $79.95 in addition to the original shipping fee, billed 2 weeks earlier. Then just 2 weeks after that, I was billed another $85.90. Another small tube arrived. I wanted to return both of them, but could not. After contacting the company, I was told that they did not take back any returns, nor offer any refunds. Nowhere in the body of the text were there any comments about automatic shipments and prices, or that I was enrolling in a program. I have since found that the terms and conditions were located at the very bottom of the page in small print. Unlike other legitimate businesses where you must read and check that you understand the terms and conditions, this company asked for no verification nor even mentioned their no-refund/no-return policy. The "free trial" was to last 14 days starting with the day it was ordered. The package didn't arrive until a week after it was ordered and due to an unforeseen family emergency, I was not able to open the product until several days after the "free-trial" dates. The “risk-free trial” was billed to my account at full price. Plus, the amount charged to my credit card was double billed and for the wrong amount. I did call and cancel my membership and have since received more charges to my credit card. I have been billed over $500 from these products (all “free” and very small quantities) and have very little to show for it. I have not been helped by their customer service department and their representative was very rude when I tried to explain that I wanted to cancel my enrollment, I did not want the product and wanted a refund, as I see now that by the address these 2 companies are interconnected. I have also found that there are multiple complaints against them and I agree that this business is fraudulent. My husband is unemployed and we need the money back. I had no idea that my original output of less than $5, which I could afford, would turn into over $500!! Please help me out of this nightmare!

Rip Off!
I wish I had seen all of these complaints sooner! I ordered the free trial of their product and began using it only to find my adult acne flared up horribly within a few days. I requested a return address label and just discovered my account was charged another $6.95 for the return label. I have spent over an hour on the phone with a representative who was unable to find my account...funny how they can charge my card for stuff, but can't find my account to answer my questions!
Don't be a sucker like me!! Stay clear of this company!

credit card fraud
Demapril-SP is definitely a scam company! I echo the complaints of numerous others. The 'free' Dermapril-SP 14-day trial is NOT free. Once you screen through on ordering your trial sample, your credit card is charged the 'discount rate' of $3.95 for shipping and handling. This is done partially, I'm sure, to get your credit card information on file. Then when you get the small tube, there is a form with fine print which mentions an auto shipment each month for $79.95 + $5.95 shipping and handling. There is a cancellation phone number. When I called it today, it sounded as if I'd cancelled the auto shipping, but he said I'd get an e-mail. The e-mail said I'd still have to pay $79.95 for what had been shipped to me, or I could use the $6.95 follow-up e-mail return address label to return what I already had. I called again and said I wouldn't do this -- that it's a scam. They said I'd be charged the full amount then. I called and cancelled my credit card so that no more charges would be incurred. Again, this is definitely a scam, and my suspicion is that even some other 'testimonials' about this product on other websites have been planted by this crooked company.

NO customer service
I opted for the 'free trial' and had adverse effects; I called BEFORE the date indicated to cancel the 'automatic' monthly supply!!! Yet, the charge is ON my credit card ($79.95usd) today. I tried 'clicking' the customer service option at the bottom of their website -- nothing happens. I then called and got so sick of being on hold (20+) minutes, I left a voice mail which I do not anticipate being returned. I have also called my credit card co. to do an immediate charge-back!!! this is a total scam!!!

14 day free trial
A pop-up window regarding Dermapril-SP and a 2nd product called RESVERATROL came up while I was logged into AOL, looking at my mail and visiting various web sites such as hotwire, sears, etc...
The window promised a 14 day free trial of each product, all I needed to do was pay shipping and handling which was $1.95 for the Dermapril-SP and $3.95 for the RESVERATROL. I agreed to pay those two shipping and handling fees but what I received was a 30 day supply of each product and a notice that I was being billed $79.95 + $5.95 shipping and handling for the Dermapril-SP which would continue on a monthly basis. The RESVERATROL did not come with any order receipt or future billing plans but I'm sure they will attempt to bill my credit card for the 30 day supply they sent me.
It should be illegal for these internet ads to advertise a 14 day free trial for a product, then send you a 30 day supply instead of the 14 day trial and bill you for the full cost of a 30 day supply and enroll you in a monthly "club" which will continue to bill you each month at the full rate.
I did not receive my "free 14 day trial" for these products and for which I paid shipping and handling for each product, I only received the full 30 day supply for which these companies plan to bill me at their full rate.
