returned both items unopened because I didnt see the monthly shipments-also oredered paid in full eye cream
I ordered the so called free sample plus I ordered a full size eye cream, and when it came, I then saw the fine print-I swear I looked for this before I had ordered, and I didnt find any such print, but then when it came it said you will be now getting this every month--so I immeadiately called AND wrote and said I would not be opening them and I would send them right back, which I did. In about 3 days they wrote and told me I would be getting a credit back. This has been 3 months now and I havent heard anything more from them, I've been waiting for my credit to show up and nothing... Ive also somehow lost and now cant find their phone number or email, which Ive been reading all over about there scam and now can see why.Gosh theres nothing more frustrating then dealing with people who are so dishonest! Don't give these dishonest people a nickel. Rebecca

Charging my account without authorization

I ordered cream from Dermatage, received it and the money was deducted from my checking account (Approx $30 - beginning of August, '09).
Since then, they have deducted another (approx) $200 from my account.
No authorization, no product delivered to me...just $ $105.90 and $99.95 deducted from my account. I'm just an average working girl who wants to get the word out...don't order from this company. (My bank called me to alert me...thank goodness I put a stop on my bank account before Dermatage took even more money! I'm not sure why my bank called me. I'm wondering if they had Dermatage on a "red flag" list???)
