I ordered a free trial of this skin cream and received the product within a week and soon discovered it caused my skin to break out. Unfortunately, by that time the company had already charged my account before the time promised. Then, i called the company and after waiting on the line for the better part of half an hour got a representative who told me to return the product and issued me an authorization #.
I got a delivery conf # at the post office and tracked the delivery and it was in fact delivered to the co. on the 28th of Feb. 2011.
Long story short, today is Mar. 21st and the account has yet to be refunded although I've since called the co. and was told the refund would take three weeks from the date I mailed it, which would have been the 16th of march. As a result, I am now overdrawn at my bank and am having to have them file a claim to straighten this out.
This is insane and unbelievable to say the least and totally unacceptable. And as I have read from other complaints I received no paperwork, no invoice with the product, it was justthe jar of cream in a bubble envelope all by itself.
I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and everywhere else I can, this sort of thing has to stop.
But I know better now, be very careful when ordering anything online, and read the fine print and customer reviews beforehand...
