Never received refund
I purchased a product Dermatal Anti-Aging in March and after a week developed an allergic reaction to the product. The next week I visited my doctor and discovered after some time that it was the product that gave me a skin rash, " The ingredient list is not complete and may contain items that could cause allergic reactions. There are no clinical trials, customer testimonials, or before and after photos to back up the manufacturer’s claims, " (reference: http://www.totalbeautyanswers.com/dermatal-reviews.html). The problem was the two weeks cut-off date, and on April 17, 2011, my account was charged $96.00. I immediately called the company Skin Refresh and obtained a a cancellation number 1392-3964-03, and a RMA#of 753939175596, and returned the product on April 18, 2011. I was told that it would take a couple of weeks; however, to date I have not received my refund. It has been two months, and I am not sure of my legal rights. Please help!

sending me skin care cream I dont want and sent back.
If you order a sample of this product they will send you the sample for $1.95 plus shipping. in two weeks and every month after they will charge your credit card $100.00. They wont take back any unopened product if you try to send it after 14 days. Rude scammers in Utah.

Charged twice for Dermatal
I was charged for this Dermatal and I didn't order it from them. They are a scam outfit as far as I am concerned. This will be turned in to the authorities on Monday, May 16, 2011.

debiting my account unlawfully
I, too, was foolish enough to order a FREE sample for just $1.99. I returned the product; Received NO REFUND. Since that time, this company has debited my account TWICE more. Each time the debit has been for $97.00 [rounded off number]. My husband and I are on Social Security so you can imagine what this does to our finances. SOMEONE NEEDS TO HELP US!

not cancelled when asked
I responded to an online add concerning an anti aging cream and was to pay only shipping and handling. A few weeks later when my checkbook overdrew I found I had been charged $94.00 and change for the product. I did not know the product was to be sent automatically to me and charged to my credit card but when it came I called the company and cancelled the product and after receiving an rma # I sent the product back. The date I sent it back was March 19th 2011. Today April 14th I received another shipment of the same product. I called the number which is 888-466-0587 and spoke to a representative by the name of Zack. He advised me the product had been cancelled and I had been reembersed for the new charges. I asked Zack about the charges for the second jar I received and he said it would take approximately 30 days for everything to go through and my charges for the second returned jar to go through. He also advised me that due to the fact the third jar had allready been reembersed to my account that I could throw it away or return it. Why in the hell would I want to keep it and then 14 days later take the chance I would be charged again. I asked him for an RMA# and he told me I did not need one for this order because the charges were removed. I am sending this jar back with return to sender and hope that I do not get anymore surprizes in the mail next month. Watch out people this is a money making scam and we are the victims.

I phoned company that I was going to return product. They gave me numbers to mark on package. I mailed them March 26. I tracked the item and it was delivered on March 28. Company refuses to credit my mastercard.

Fraud/Scam/unauthorized CC charges
Where do I start. It is almost like these people have gifted antennae to get you when you are down. My problem started when I did order a sample from an authorized and investigated business. Shortly after placing this order, I received a phone call saying "We are verifying the order you recently placed with your credit card ending in ####. Is that correct?) When I told them this seemed very unusual and not a routine thing, they assured me that it was a follow-up to my previous order. I was having a bad time - husband in hospital, jury duty, etc., so I stupidly succumbed to their verification request. When my original order was received, this other product arrived in my mail box shortly therafter. I contacted my CC to tell them not to pay the charges because it had been sent back, etc., they sent me notice to send them more information. As I said, it could not have been worse timing. My life and mindset was definitely concentrated in other and more pressing issues. I sent it back to the address on the original envelop and would you believe - in a few days, I got that sucker back again! No paperwork included, no confirmation number, nada. Then lo and behold, just this past week, I received another jar or this same stuff with no paperwork, invoice, authorization, etc. I used the internet to try to call these People(?) and every single number I called I received a busy signal. Just to mention another interesting fact, this jar was dated to expire 13 days from when I received it, with the same expiration date as the first one!.. I now have to get a new credit card and am so frustrated and PO'd I will do whatever I have to to legally shut these people down.

Product charges
I requested a free sample and did not ask for anymore product. I was not pleased with the free sample. If I could contact the company on their website, I would, but when I entered the website from the charges on my Mastercard bill, the Complaints Board website came up instead...as the default destination. That was unnerving.

Sent cream I did not order and charged my credit card for business service for almost $200.00
I ordered a jar of skin cream for $1.05 on Feb. 9/2011. Now I have another jar delivered and I did not order. I can not get a phone number for them and have charged my credit card 2 more times in the amount of almost $200.00. Please help.

Can't return & get credit
After returning the product, (unopened) they did not credit my account and they just sent another. There is no way to contact this company to cancel any futher products. This porduct does not work!
