i accepted a free trail of Dermitage products that was stated no obligation. Dermitage has now billed my account for $89.95 that i did NOT authorize. I have to cancel my Debit card in order to stop this monthly charge.
I have returned this product unused and will never again try anything from this company.

I ordered a FREE sample of Dermitage skin products, $3.95 shipping and handling. No where on the free sample order form did it state I would receive a 30 day trial supply. No where on the order form did it state to try this product for 14 days, then let Dermitage know my results. On the 15th day, Dermitage would assume I liked this product and would bill me $89.95. If I didn't like this product, I needed to call by day 14, cancel, then return the product. A restocking fee would be billed to me and I would have to pay for postage and handling to return the product. I say Dermitage need to be more specific on their free products. If you read more on this company, there is serious scam-like procedures taking place. Stay away from this company. I wish I had.

I paid shipping and handling of 4.95 or so 2 months ago with my debit card to Dermitage for a free trial of Dermitage. This Sunday morning I was alerted by my phone, that Dermitage had charged 90.95 to my Netspend card. Of course they did not have authorization to do that and I have ordered nothing. I called Netspend (my debit card company) immediately and they are going to have to issue me a new card in a few days. They also informed me to call Dermitage and cancel the charge. I did call and they are not open. I will have no other choice but to write the atty general in my state if I can get no other action. This is almost a hundred dollars stolen from me this morning that I do not have in this economy.

Product was offerred as exclusive and free and affiliated with activating by reliacard (debit card for unemployment) there was a 3.95 or 4.95 shipping and handling charge, but nothing else was authorized. transaction for 89.95 is pending and reliacard is unwilling to treat it as unauthorized. No one answers when I call the 1 800 886 8805 number.

I saw this product advertised and thought I'd give it a try. I didn't like it. I didn't see any of the results they claim and it did not moisturize my skin at all. I didn't cancel before they shipped the next shipment, which was charged to my account 2 weeks before I received it. I called to cancel any further shipments and spoke to a guy named Mark who said it wasn't a problem and I should receive an email confirming my cancellation.
I's five days later and I haven't received anything from them. I went to their website and thought I would sent THEM a cancellation, but they conveniently don't have an email address. I also learned that they don't take return to sender returns and you need an RMA number to cancel.
I went to my credit card company and notified them, via email, that I contacted the company and let them know that this company in NOT authorized to make anymore charges to my account.
I hope this is the end, but I guess time will tell.
