fraudulant offer
WARNING: A pop-up offered a free* trial of Dermitage advanced Skin Renewal System. *shipping/handling of $5.95 applies. Nowhere in the offer did it mention I would automatically be billed $99.95 each month for a 30 day supply on auto-ship. I am cancelling the entire thing, and I'll return the "free" trial without using the product. I am also sending a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

Extremely deceptive
Extremely deceptive practice. My wife ordered a trial. It came and then the others start coming. You have to read the fine prints (Where is FTC?). I called and cancelled the "subscription." I am calling the credit card company to notify them for the future transactions. I am sure that they will charge the "stocking fee."

offered a sample sent items in whole plus charges to get to send back and restocking fees
The sample of the products they sell I did not mind paying for s&h to receive it, but now I have to call them to cancel, pay to ship it back and also pay for restocking fee. The ad never said anything about all of these fees.

unauthorized billing to credit card for $99.95
On the billing page where I filled out the Visa billing information there was only shown an invoice of $6.95. No where on there site does it state that I would be charged $99.95; it only states, not on the billing page but on a link to the terms and conditions, that I will be billed (unspecified). It doesn't state anywhere that I will be billed on my Visa and I never authorized it.

Harassment
I have been receiving weekly emails from this company and have asked them numerous times to delete my contact information from their list. They have failed to do that and I am constantly being bombarded and harassed by this company on my company email.

riff off add for so called free product that was not free
This company ran an add for free product that was not free. My account was charged twice already for this free product. I had to go to my bank and change my account information to stop this. This company should be reported to the BBB so this will stop. I will never order online again no matter how good the deal looks. I have learned a valuable lesson free is not free to some people.

wont return money
I applied for the "free trial" of Dermitage online. I was billed immediately..Not after the 30 days alloted to me to return this product, in all boxes, to the company.
When I called Dermitage Customer Service about the charge, I was told that I had the product 30 days, and I had just received it 2 days prior thru USPS...
The customer service person was horribly rude, even laughing at me when I became angry. When I informed him that I wanted to speak to his supervisor, he responded he was the supervisor. When I told him I was going to write this forum, he mocked me and said "if you want to waste your time, it's well within your rights. no one reads those things anyway"
I was charged $89.95, even though I had an RMA# and returned the product expedited mail.
The product made my face swell. The product itself DOES NOT WORK...
Please DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT and it is NOT A FREE TRIAL

Fradulent Credit Card Charges
This company called me with the offer of a free skin care product for shipping and handling...then charged my account for $83.18...under the name ExpressBerry. A total rip off.
