Product does not work
Sent for free trial they said take 30 days and then send back product. They claimed it is 14 days and will only credit my card 30 dollars what a rip-off

Poor Service
Dermitage advertised their product and said 14 day free trial. When I called to cancel it, they said they showed a confirmed delivery date which was prior to the date I actually received the product. Of course, being the dupe I am, I have proof of when their product actually arrived. So I am having to pay for this stuff. Then when I complained about that, they said they'd refund me my money - but are charging a $20 restocking fee. Hey. I say to myself - a restocking fee? They're going to sell this half used jar of goo to someone else? Or what? Steer clear of these people. Their stuff smells weird although it does an okay job. I'll stick to on the shelf products I've heard of and can see for myself.

Rip Off
THIS IS A SCAM. BEWARE. I ordered a free trial and was supposed to get billed $1 for cc verification and $6.95 for shipping. After 14 days, I was billed $99.95! without my authorization. I called and they offered me to send back the product but I would need to pay $10 restocking fee, plus S&H, in other words, I would end up paying $20 for NO product! They said I can keep the product and they would reimburse $60, still $40 + $7.95 I paid initially is what i ended up paying not wanting to.

unethical billing and advertising
I send away for a free sample. The next month I got another box with the same thing and a bill for $89. They said I had signed up for a membership and would get Dermitage every month. I stopped the payment on my credit card and sent the product back with the RMA number. This month I got another chare for $99.00 after they told me they would drop this so called membership. I have also blocked this payment with my card company. No where did I see I was signing up for a membership. This to me is false advertising. I have learned my lesson!

Deducting monies no agreement to this
Responded to a free trial offer and found them deducting $60 for 3 months supply and I have no way to stop them having tried several times by telephone. Boxes are piled up unopened. Opened the first one only. Have recd my third. Bank says they cannot help me.

Fraud - Rip off
Total fraud. No response when you want to cancel. Left numerous messages to no avail, and wrote emails, but nothing has been done. I disputed the charges on my credit card. Don't get wrapped up. Filed a complaint at the Better Business Bureau.

Rip Off
Biggest rip off ever! Do not sign up for trail order, they will continue to charge your credit card even after you recieve an email saying you cancelled. My credit card tried to resolve this issue and they said I did not cancel in their time period, Total bull cause I did but their confirmation email came back to me a few days late.Totally unprofessional. The cream did NOT make any difference in my skin.
I did however had some skin irritation that left bumps around my cheeks, took a few days for the swelling to come down.

Unwanted, unordered merchandise
Saw Dermitage's "Free" Sample, plus shipping and handling on-line somewhere. Received two small trial sizes lotions. Wasn't impressed. Next, I just sent back the first unordered package two days ago and came home today to find a new box in my mailbox. Isn't it cute the way Dermitage's web site offers no way to leave comments or requests, and cautions "customers" we can't simple mark their junk "Refused" and hand it over to the post office? Well, I did; and if I find any charges to my checking account I'm going to fling my ninety-five dollar jar of Prescriptives at Dermie's CEO. What a bunch of unprofessional jerks.

Unauthorized charges
I ordered the Dermitage face creams on Dec. 30, 2008. The company says you can try to the product for two weeks and just pay shipping costs, so I did. It made my face red and splotchy, so on Jan. 14, 2009, I called the 800 number and canceled any future shipments and agreed to return the unused product. They gave me a RSA code and sent me an email confirming my cancellation and saying I had to return the unused portion by Feb. 28, 2009. I also got another followup email on 1/30/2009 confirming my cancellation and again, saying I needed to return the unused portion by 2/28/2009.

On 2/14/2009, I mailed the unused portion back to them, and it arrived on 2/17/2009. I have delivery confirmation to prove it. Later on 2/14/2009, however, I got yet another email notification from Dermitage, although this time it stated that my unused product was due back to them by 2/14/2009 - two weeks earlier than previous emails stated. I tried calling them to ask about the discrepancy, but no one answered the phone. On 3/1/2009, they billed my credit card $89.95 for the products. I tried calling the 800 number again but no one ever answers. Ever. Because I have documentation for everything, my credit card company says I will not have to pay that $89.95, but as far as I'm concerned, this company is nothing but a scam.
