Rip off
A while back I went for the 'free trial' from Dermitage, now they are trying to take 75.90 off my debit card. They haven't got yet... thank goodness. I also did not see the s/p details on it. This is a rip off, they are doing this on purpose and are trying to take money from people who live paycheck to paycheck. In my life 75 dollars is a lot. I pay out over 200 dollars in prescriptions alone. And if they would have got that money off this time, I wouldn't had enough for my prescriptions.
Why can't company's be up front about their products. If I would have seen the link that was hid so well, I definately wouldn't have ordered this.

Charging for free product
I accepted and sent away fro a free sample of eye cream from Dermitage. Imagine my surprise when I was billed $169 for this 'FREE SAMPLE".
You cannot reach them but something has to be done to stop them ripping off people.

unauthorized charge
There was an unauthorized charge made to my credit card. Following their instructions, I returned the product to the company within the period required. In spite of the return, they charged my carad with the full amount of the next shipment---which I never received.

FRAUD
Sent away for free trial. Skin had a reaction so I followed their instructions and called for an RMA # for return. They sent me a shipping label via email that included the number. I returned the package. After 4 weeks they went ahead and charged me the $89.95 for the product. I contacted customer service and they state they have not received the return and so can't refund my money. I am extremely angry. I will be calling them back and requesting that they remove me completely from their mailing and shipment list. I better not received anymore products from them.

Unauthorized charges
I paid the shipping and received the Free Trial Kit in July of 08. After two weeks I called and told Dermitage I wasn't happy with the product and was returning the kit. I paid for shipping and returned the kit immediately. On October 3rd I was charged $89.95 on my credit card for another kit I never ordered or received. This has yet to be settled.

Scam and cheating
I got faulty product container that didn't work. Don't buy this product over the internet. Don't give in to the ads. They don't work. Make sure you read the fine prints and knows what you are getting into. Once you give them your credit card, they got you. The only thing you can do is to cancel your credit card so you can't be charged again. The ads show results that are not based on scientific studies. If you order, make sure you call them to verify the terms and conditions and ask for concrete studies.

can't contact them
I returned their product in the alloted time but I keep getting emails that I will be charged $89.95 for my 'free sample' if they don't receive the package by Oct. 18. I mailed it on Sept.19, RMA # 26679.
I have tried calling their number everyday and at different times but no one ever answers.
Is there anything I can do?

Unauthorized billing
Add my name to the ever growing list of people ripped off by Dermitage.com. I did not see their tiny little squint font hidden at the bottom of their page linking to terms and conditions. I paid for shipping and handling for my "free" trial. When I checked my credit card statement they had billed me $89.95. I see now they plan on billing me every two months for $69.95.
They deceptively market to aging women who often have compromised eye sight, that wouldn't see the links in hopes of taking them to the cleaners. Their practices are sleazy and shady.

Cannot Contact Company is a Fraud
I returned the product unused 2 days after I received it. I have proof of delivery. The product was supposed to be returned by 9/22/08 in order not to be charged. They received it 9/11/08. To this day, I am still getting emails from them stating that if it is not returned by 9/22/08, I will be charged full prive for the product. I have ried to call them constantly and the phone just rings and no one ever answers. This company is a big fraud.

False Advertising and Credit Card Fraud
Dermitage false advertisement claims to offer a free trial of several products for $5.95 S/H. Once you give them your credit card info you start being billed a monthly fee of 89.95 and continue to receive the same "Free" trial kit. Trying to contact customer service is a waste of time and phone calls as lines are either busy or so called customer service reps hang up. Company under investigation by FTC and local Police Department avoid the rip off and problems for this snake Oil SCAM Company.
