Unauthorized charges & restocking fees
I've never had to raise my voice at a customer service rep until today. I spoke with Rashad at Dermitage's Customer NO-service twice (lucky me). First to return a product a few days ago that I had received without authorization. And then again just a few minutes ago to return product box #2 that I had not authorized. After repeated attempts to get to speak to his supervisor, he put me on hold, apparently in an attempt to cool me down, and came back to tell me that his "supervisor" Christina #12794 had authorized the return of my product with a $9.95 restocking fee. Arguing proved futile as I will now also have to pay a $19.95 restocking fee because I opened the first package to see if there was a number or invoice...my bad! What was I thinking...oh yes, I didn't read the fine print of the Dermitage policy that many of you are referring to that's hidden on the website. I'm contacting my credit card company and stopping any further transactions from any of the pseudo-names Dermitage tries to hide under. Never again will I order something touted as "free" on the web. Should have done my research first! Caveat emptor...hopefully others will read our warnings and take heed!

unauthorized use of credit card
They have used a partial address to make the "deliveries" of this unwanted product> I don't know how they managed to do it. I've been getting unauthorized charges. They should give me satisfaction if they call themselves a serious company.

unauthorized use of credit carde
This company has been charging my credit card without my consent. They try to fabricate an explaination of an authomatic charge in the system. I have contacted them once again and was able to speak to a voice that identified herself as an assistant of costumers. She has assured me today, July 17 2008, that ALL charges will stop immediately. They should credit my credit card for the unauthorized charges, I doubt this will happen. This is a company with no clarity. I was tricked.

won't stop sending products that were not asked for and they keep charging them every month
I want them to stop sending products I don't want and to stop charging me for them every month. I hae tried repeatedly to have them stop the deliveries

Scam billing
After applying for the company's free trial and contacting them that I was not interested in it, they went on to bill my debit account, without my permission $96.00. Beware all!

Fraudulent actions
So i ordered this free trial nonsense one day hoping to receive a good product that does what it claims to do. Clearly not the case! It did nothing but make my eyelashes brittle and later begin to fall off. Underneath my eyes became very soft which may be a good thing however NOT when the lines are still there. In all, terrible product I do NOT endorse.
Of course, I try to send it back before the 14 days are up in order not to be charged, unlike some I did see the fine print but that does not mean I wasn't scammed just as bad. Upon calling the 800 number at 9am, 10am and AGAIN at 12pm, I received that same message over and over: "Our offices are closed. Normal business hours are Mon-Fri from 6am-5:30pm Pacific time" Now I'm pretty sure that each time I called it was in the range.
Fraudulent!
Finally get through and she cancels the account and sends me instructions on how to return the package but does not mention the restocking fees. Interesting. How little do they know that I've already notified my bank to not accept any charges relating to Dermitage from this day on. Lets see if they try to call me, my office is open from 8am-4:30 pm M-F My time.

Unsubscribe and credit for 4 boxes
Have tried to unsubscribe several times through their internet. Requested information on how to return 4 boxes of their product. Have never received an invoice but I believe they charge me $74+ dollars a box. I want a return of my money by returning their product. How can I do it? By the way I did not like their product, not true what they say.

damaged my under eye skin
I tried the free trial 6 months ago because I just had slight puffiness and a bit redness under my eyes due to crying and after wearing contact lenses for 2 weeks and working with computer. After just 1 night application and 1 morning application (I used all 3 products - one for dark circle, one for anti wrinkle, & 1 for eyelashes) with the right amount as directed in the box, my under eye skin got pulled soooo tight and it gave me lines under my eyes. I stopped using it right away. It's been 6 months now as I wait and wait for my skin to go back to normal, but instead my under eye became more and more crepey, wrinkled, puffy, and dark like i have never seen my eyes like this before. My skin had loosen up, but my under eye just became weird looking and very unattractive. My eyes just never gone back to the way it was before. Now I have to wear concealer everywhere.
I am so madd and frustrated. Anybody experience any bad effects after using the eye treatment? On their website, they are out of stocks on this eye product. I wonder why, maybe it has caused harm instead of good to the customers.
I am definitely a victiom of dermitage. They stated on the website saying the cream works for en even very sensitive skin. i don't think so. Can anybody let me know that I'm not the only one experiencing this?

Fraud/Deception
Another thing is that there was no disclosure of the ingredients. Dermitage contains YEAST!!!
I am sensitive to yeast. I would have never thought that cosmetics would contain yeast. Again, if there was full disclosure, I would not have ordered it.

Deceptive Advertising
I started signing up for a free trial of Dermitage anti-wrinkle cream. I decided against it and did not follow through. Several days later they emailed me (even though I never submitted the order). They dropped the S&H down to $2. I ordered it. It was not until AFTER the order processed that I saw that I had two weeks to try it and if I don't CALL (i.e., no website easy way to cancel, must go through a sales rep) I will be billed $69.95. If I had known all these details, I would not have ordered it because I cannot afford it. Someone else on this website stated that there is a restocking fee...I didn't even see that mentioned anywhere, even after I received the free trial.
