Misleading ad
The free trial where I just pay shipping ended up costing $99.95! On top of the S&H from the original order. They will automatically place you into a program where they automatically ship more product each month at another $99.95 and they don't tell you this up front. I wouldn't have done it to begin with if I had known that. BEWARE! This is really misleading. Product doesn't seem to make any difference - I'll go back to Estee Lauder for half that price. Dermitage "Free Trial" not so free. Now waiting to see if they cancel my account like they promised...why do I think there will be another surprise?..

False Advertising
I was on the Costco webite and a free trial offer popped up for Dermitage. Free trial with shipping of $3.95. It said nothing about returning the product or you would be charges $89.95. I just called the home office in California to get my money refunded and they would not until they received the product back. This is totally false advertising and I will be making a claim to the better business bureu today as well. I will let Costco know as well what this company is doing in hopes they will remove this product form their shelf!!! What a scam and not to metion a very unethical company!!!

REC'D A BOX OF DERMITAGE - REVOLVING ORDER - TO CANCEL AND RETURN UNOPENED BOX - AND CREDITED $112.15 - SPOKE TO A MAN NAMED - JAIME -
VERY RUDE AND HE ASKED ME WHY I WANT TO RETURN THE UNOPENED - UNUSED CONTENTS - AND TOLD ME THAT SINCE I DIDN'T CANCELL EARLIER, THAT I WAS STUCK WITH THE BRAND NEW UNOPENED PRODUCT OF DERMITAGE...I TOLD HIM THAT IS FRAUD AND WHAT A RIP-OFF IT IS!!! I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND HE WOULDN'T LET ME SPEAK WITH ONE AND HUNG UP ON ME...
THREE MINUTES LATER, I CALLED BACK AND A LADY, ALMEDA, ANSWERED AND
I ONCE AGAIN ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER...SHE ASKED AND REASSURED ME THAT SHE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE MATTER...CANCELLED THE REVOLVING ORDER - GAVE ME A RETURN NUMBER AND WHEN THEY RECEIVE THE PRODUCT I WILL BE REFUNDED $106.20 CREDIT - BUT NOT FOR THE FULL AMOUNT - THAT THEY DO NOT TAKE RETURN TO SENDER - THAT I'LL
HAVE TO SPEND ANOTHER $5.95 - TO SEND I BACK!!!
NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER A PRODUCT THAT IS SUPPOSEDLY TO BE FULLY REFUNDED - POSTAGE AND ALL...BUT AT LEAST I WILL BE REFUNDED FOR $106.20 - BUT PLEASE LET OTHERS KNOW THAT THIS IS DEFINITELY A RIP

scam wont return money
i ordered a free trial product from this outfit.within minutes of ordering icalled and canceled.the sales agent told me as soon as i recieved the product to send it the package which is exactly what i did per their instructions.however i dont understand how the product was sent out within minutes of ordering and why didnt agent give me a send back number?i didnt find this out til much later.not only did they do this to me but charged me twice for one product.this happened last jan an been continuing since.they tell me now that they never recived the package an i canceled after the trail period w2as oiver which is untrue.demitage is a scam and will not return moneys paid and are a bunch of liars

they will not STOP sending it !!!
Every mo. I call and every mo. I get a recording! BUT, low & behold, every mo. they charge me $93.92!!! And you cannot send it back without a return #. This is unreal!!! That this co. can do this, And get by with it!! I'm stressed out. Thanks for a place to vent. Anna

False advertising
This product did not work and when I was charged over $98, I called and asked why when the advertisement said all I had to do was pay shipping. Not only was it not a free trial...it did not work. My skin is drier and flakier than ever!!! What a rip off. I believe the company is trying to get the money from consumers fraudulently. I am going to my credit card company and ask them if they can assist in getting my money returned. Who would pay that much for a cream that did not work??? Even if it did, I would wonder about the cost!!

actually this is good!
Dermitage fixed my situation! I received an order that I did not authorize. Dermitage refunded my money and let me keep the shipment! The also sent a couple of emails to keep me updated.
I think Dermitage is trying to improve its problems!!!

I ORDER DERMITAGE ON LINE AND SAW IT WAS A FREE TRAIL SO I GET IT BUT TWO MONTHS LATER MY FATHER WAS CHARGED $95.57 AND I THOUGHT IT WAS FREE THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING I WANT EVER ONE TO KNOW THAT DONT WANT ANY ONE TO GET RIPED OFF DONT TRUST ANY THING YOU SEE I DONT WANT ANY MORE EMAILS FROM DERMITAGE ANY MORE THANK YOU IT DOES NOT WORK I WOULD NOT BUY IT EVER AGAIN

Unauthorized Charges
Order free sample and company not only charges for sample but continues to send more product and refuses to allow you to return it and refund money for items not requested. Total loss of three hundred and fifteen dollars for items not requested and returned. Bank of America no help getting our money back.

Don't use it
Sent me empty bottle of creme you were suppose to send me more creme which i never recieved and gave me an extendede period to try it (sept 5) i never recieved cream and you took money from my account im mailing you producted back today i wont my money back in my account never to try any of your products again, this is totaly unexcepitable and a fianical problem for me i treied to return the product when my first empty shipment came in but your representive talked me into a extended time just to have this happen im totally pissed.
