cant seem to cancel product
recieved my trial order in Feb. 2010 cancelled within 5 days and sent left over product back as instructed. I have now been billed march april and may 2010, NEVER recieving any products only bills!! And if that isnt enough hassle for someone my paypal account was secured with my mothers credit card. So I have put up with this BS from some crappy company, and get lectured by my mom when I am well over 40. I have never had such problems before... CAN anyone help!!!

Failure to refund returned item
Yesterday I posted a complaint against Dermitage on this site and with the BBB. Today I received an email stating that I would receive a refund of $3.97...I wonder what happened to the other $90.00 (full refund should be $93.92) That is a major restocking fee. I sent another letter to the BBB and included the received Dermitage email. This company is deplorable.

On 1/25/2010, I ordered the 14 day free trial offer on Dermitage products. I received a product I did not like but failed to return it in the 14 day and I accept responsibility for that amount ($89.95). However one month later I received another shipment which I had not ordered and was charged $93.92. I immediately wrote "Return to Sender" on package and returned it posthaste. To this date the amount has not been credited back to my account. Upon talking with a representative at Dermitage, she stated that I had to follow protocol in returning the package by using a "return #" and therefore I was not eligible for a credit or refund since I did not follow the rules. She also stated that they had not received the package and that it was probably still at the postoffice. I told her that it was quite peculiar that the charges and the shipments did not continue in March, April, and May if in fact, my package was not received in February when it was returned. She then told me that some customers and information had "erroneously" been deleted from their records and mine apparently was one of the deleted accounts. This is a scam and a ripoff.

Fraudulent Business Practice
I was on the Revale website when an ad for the Dermitage Anti-Aging System popped up. It clearly stated FREE
trial offer, just pay for shipping . I thought it might be good to give it a try for the cost of shipping. I filled out the
order which showed zer0 charged for the two products and $3.97 for shipping. I just received the products today
with an invoice of $129.90 discounted to $89.95. There was also a notice that my credit card will be on automatic charge for the same amount every month.They also made reference that their offer of FREE trial was only for 14
days ... All a SURPRISE to me!! I called the company immediately and told them I do not want to try their
product and not to charge my credit card for any automatic shipment.

Being charge for the free trial size of Dermitage.
I was charge $99.95 on April 20, 2010 and charge again on May 19, 2010 for the amount of $105.90. I haven't order anything from Dermitage but for the free trial size only. I would like to have a refund back on my money.

Reading over all the other complaints, listed going back to 2006, wow wait a minute, how can this company keep stealing monies from we consumers who live on a fixed income.
I did buy online the free sample of Dermitage eye cream. Here comes in the mail, three products. I paid $30.90 for the additional products, which don't work any better then good ole vaseline. Plus they took $90.95 from my checking acct. This is ludacryst?? Thank You!! What can we "Joe Publis" do to stop this company from stealing.

Theft through false advertising!
This is the biggest robbery by 'Free" Sample scam I've ever been subject to. Dermitage offers 'Free Sample' for $5.95 shipping, bills my credit card $99.95 and then again $105.95 claiming that they sent me an email stating I needed to cancel my 'contract' - total bullshit - I never received an email - never agreed to any contract - something has to be done about them! They are THIEVES!!!

i order there free trial for 5.95 and they billed my crdit card for 99.95 i called them and they just tell you to bad . that you didnt send the cream back in 14 day. no where in there ad does it say you will be billed anything but the 5.95 for the trial shipping charge.and or do they say you have to return the jar afther you try it. and make sure your credit card company. know not to let them bill you for anymore charges. they are told ripoffs. and will not help you when you call about it.

was offered a beauty product trial; paid & when I recieved pkg; was informed my card will be charged at least $ 90.00 per month!
please see subject of complaint. I went to the companys website, & on a search site, I read Many, MANY exact same complaints. What should/ can I do?

I ordered the free trial of the face cream/anti aging. They have taken $99 from my account in less than a week!
