Wrong wording on the web site for cancellations.
I spoke to the Customer Service Dept, and had to speak with a supervisor, Meghan. I explained that I wanted to stop the product, and they explained that I had to keep the product and could not return, since I was beyond my trial period. I told them I would keep the product, even though it was a scam. It did not work for me, and I used it faithfully.
My problem was I was asking for a RMA number & was told I would not get one, because I wasn't returning anything. I read, to Meghan, word for word, how it states you need an RMA number to make sure of proper processing for cancellations. I explained that they need to stand behind their product.
She apologized for the misunderstanding, and ensured me I should receive an email and no more charges would be billed to my account.
I explained I had better receive the email or I would call back, and I was going to report them to Consumer Protection to file suite.
Believe me, no more free trials for me. Other free trials I have tried, I had no problem when I cancelled the account, and returned product.
The American citizen should not have to pay for company scams & false products!!

Misleading and poor customer service
Recieved dermitage for a trial offer. Only pay s&h. Called and cancelled and still got charged for 90.00. Call to clear the matter up only to deal with bad customer service. I'm in customer service so I know they could have reimbursed my credit card and gave an apology for misleading their product. After speaking with them I ask to speak to a mgr only to have that rep laugh and say ok. Put on hold then the mgr finally got on to talk to me. Didn't seem to care and it was out of her hands to do anything. Obviously not a company that cares about customers or resolving disputes.

Did not want everything
I only ordered a sample of the eyecream and the free trial. I repeat FREE trial. I recently discovered that were attempting me a full price for both of these things. I was not satisfied with the product, and do not want anymore. If they attempt to charge me again, I will be contacting the bbb, as well as my local news agency consumer affairs division.

false advertising/charges
By accepting a "free" trial offer, it seems that they are now able to send monthly supplies at the charge of $99.95. I called and hopefully stopped future shipments but have already been charged for one month...non-refundable. They are definitely running a scam and must be stopped and fined!

Scam
The offer said a 14 day free trial

of Dermitage for $3.97. When I received the product, I learned that I would be charged $89.95 and would be sent another supply every 30 days as I was now a member Dermitage Elite. Needless to say I am returning the product and hopefully it will be "no commitment, no hassles" as they say in their ad. They need to review their method of getting new customers. I am embarrassed that I fell for his scam and hope that I have learned my lesson. I plan to make future purchases through my dermatologist.

Fraud
I too have been charged on my credit card and when I tried to call Dermitage's Customer Service it's not in service-so I can't get my money and I didn't get the product either. RIP OFF

false advertising
I was on my bank site, when a pop-up window came up. The bank said that if I took a quick survey that I would receive a free gift for my time and input. I accepted and answered a few questions. I selected Dermitage as my 'free gift'. Later that day I went to review my emails and had received an email from Dermitage letting me know that my 'free-trial' offer had been mailed and that after 14 days, my account would be charged 89.00! I immediatly called them, canceled the order, called my bank and let them know that I did not appreciate their free offer...that wasn't free! Becareful!!! Even of your bank!!!
