I purchase a new Chevrolet Spark LS 1.0 from Desai Automobiles, Vapi, Gujarat. I got the delivery of the vehicle on 01-Oct-2009. But the essential documents (Invoice, Temp. Registration, Insurance Cover Note, Form No 19, 20 & 22) required for RTO registration of the vehicle not got till 09-Mar-2010. After continuous followup on Phone, at last I got the papers on 12-Mar-2010, which is also not containingInsurance Cover Note. Till today I'm getting the answer like "We will give to you". I had never seen such a careless service in my life. These people are very shameless everytime time tells some new reason. I'm not able to understand why? If they are not able to satisfy and fulfill the customer requirements, they should stop doing the business. I never recommend anybody to purchase any vehicle from DesaiAutomobiles Pvt. Ltd, Vapi. As it is a authorised sales and service station of General Motors India, GM should take some action for such incidents, otherwise customers will divert to some others due to such bad service.
