Company executives also stated that over that last few months they have spoken to each employee, going over the zero tolerance policy for fraud. Loan officers who commit any kind of fraud will be terminated and reported to state banking. If a loan officer is terminated or resigns they can only be paid final commissions if the following occurs:
Employee shall be entitled to commissions on all loans originated by and which have actually funded by the last day of the calendar month next preceding Employee’s termination. Employee must work the entire month in which any commissions are earned to be compensated for those commissions. If the Employee leaves or is terminated prior to the end of any month, he/she will not be paid for that month of production except for minimum wage, were applicable, time accrued as of the date of termination.
