Bought womens clothing online and the credit card was charged right away for $104.98. Never received merchandise. I sent MANY emails to their customer service and only received one answer saying they had tragedies and would be caught up in 2 weeks. Asked for refund and got no answer. Called the telephone number and it's an automated system, when you hit the number for customer service you get a recorded message to leave a message, but you never get a call back.

3 months later I had to contact my Credit Card company. They investigated and I guess there was no dispute because they credited me the money back.

They say they are in business 13 years. If they ever were reliable, they certainly are not now.
