Please what ever you do - DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS.

I am a Senior, retired, and when to get a very simple root highlight done on my beautiful
blond hair.
I was told a licensed INSTRUCTOR of the beauty school, would be present at all times
during the short procedure.
I was lied to from the very beginning. The person highlighting my hair was not an
insturctor, but another student - reporting to be an 'instuctor.'
The highlighting of only- the part in my hair -normally takes only 1 hour or less. I WAS HELD
HOSTAGE FOR OVER 6 1/2 HOURS THAT DAY. It was painful.
My hair WAS ORANGE - BRIGHT HALLOWEEN ORANGE----when they completed the 'highlight.'
The 'Instructor' then put BROWN/BLACK DYE ALL OVER MY HEAD - COMPLETELY
COVERING MY BLOND HAIR. Still the ORANGE WAS VERY CLEAR TO SEE.
She tortured me for over 6 1/2 HOURS. Wet hair, hanging on my neck- made it
RAW and weepy and sore for two weeks. They claimed they had NO CLEAN TOWELS
TO USE - this is a hair beauty facility and NO clean towels. ?? At one point, my neck was
so painful - they used a DIRTY TOWEL ON ME. Hugh health violations. My neck got
infected and my Doctor needed the name of the dye products they used on me and
the owner REFUSED to provide me with the name of those products. Were they even legal
to use on a human being???
I would never want another human being to go through what I did.
I had to pay over $1700.00 to a beautician for her to try and get this dye out -
(you can't) and to get my blond highlights back. It's not possible. My hair color
will NEVER be as pretty as it was. It looks so bad even now, weeks later. I have pictures
of this ORANGE Hair, pictures of what my hair looked like when I went in, and now.
The owner's son, manager of this business, promised to pay to have me go to an
experienced and knowledgeable beautician to get my high 'color corrected' -
I have proof of his commitment - he'll be surprised when it is presented.
I did as he suggested and paid to get the work done and then he refused to re-pay
me, my money. Dishonest business practice.
Illegal business practice to refuse to tell me the name of a dye product used on my
head.
Please folks, I live on Social Security, disabled, and am out an enormous amount of
money because of their negligence.
Don't get hurt - avoid this School of Cosmotology in Pleasanton and these abusive owners.
