I bougth a Desktop Computer with BestBuy and they Offer a Guaranty Extend for 3 Year, with cost $170, in tollme thet covered Damages such as:
Computer Broken, Parts, Etc. After 3 times to fixed or repair they take the commitment to replaced it, but now they said the the desktop machine required 3 time fixed for the same problem and the same part replaced.
The last time that the desktop take a service i lost 30 days and my computer doesnt fixed yet.
the comments that they doing about this reffers to the software is Damage, but the damages was consecuence of turn on and off the machine Automaticaly for a Internal problem.
this issuse about the damege taked by software, a boy of Elementary Scholl know, that appear to turn On and Off.
but the guy from Geek Squad (Idiot from Geek Squad) don't Believe this.
So Guys that requieed buy some thing in Bests Buy, dont paid the Guaranty Extend, becuase here the Customer never, never is Right, and they (Best Buy & Geek Squad) dont lose.
Its a poor Service.
