Very bad

Destellos is the worst salon I have been to. They have no idea what they are doing or no idea what styling is. They freak royally! I had heard reviews about them ok one's I thought I will give them a try because I heard they were not bad. But they are awful. Don't ever use them. I had gone there long time back for a normal TRIM. I told that lady I don't want to lose the length. She said ok. When she was done my hair came only till the end of my neck. I was very disappointed. I called the owner and told her that she needs to train them. I told her that I asked for a normal trim but this lady butchered my hair completely. I paid them money and told the owner that this was the first and last time I was gonna walk out that day. They are very bad. Don't go to Destellos.

Horrible

I will never go to Destellos again in my life. They ruined my hair totally. They have no idea what they are doing. They do not listen to what you want or what you expect. They just do what they feel is right. I have never been to such a salon before and I hope that I don't have to go there or another salon as bad as Destellos. Destellos is no good for me. Twice that I went there has been a terrible experience for me. The first time I had gone to get my eyebrows waxed. She gave me a horrible shape and also was very rough. I did not like the result a bit. The second time I went thinking I should give them a second chance but I was wrong. I went for a hair cut and she ruined it completely for me. I have never had a bad hair day in my entire life and after going there every day was a bad hair day or me till it grew back and looked a little okay. I will not go to this salon again. It is horrible.
