I used these supplements as they claimed to help you lose weight. I gained alot of weight while using these- close to 15 lbs!! Nothing gained except my weight, and an over abundance of bowel movements. Who wants to spend their days on the pot?! Avoid Swanson Vitamins and do not use these gimmick supplements! What a joke!!!
