Initially I was happy with the service things were going fine and on 24 dec 2009 my loan was sectioned
The representative came to my house and convinced me that if I pay him a cash of Rs. 7140 the loan would be dispersed by the next day, I told him to take cheque but he refused and insisted for cash and then took a self cheque from me and promised that he will get the work done within two days and now today its 26 of January 2010 more than a month and I haven't seen any response from these people and every time I call him he tells me that its ready now would be done, but nothing happens because of their delay I have to pay interest to Unitech for the whole month which no one will I am not responsible for, By brother is a NRI I was thinking to reffer him as well to deutsche post bank as i initially thought the services were good but once the money was given the truth came and I was so much harassed by you people.I work with Perot system noida my salary A/C is in HDFC bank i regret the day i reduced to chose them even though they were giving me the loan on lower interest rates ie 8.25.I am writing this email with no hope.If I don't get my responce from it ill go to consumer court as I am harassed by this employees of this bank how are not ready to do the work.
