I have been charged $87.13 twice on 1/16/09 for products I did not recieve and was suppose to be a free trial, although in the fine print it said that product would be sent automatically and billed at that amount. No email confirmation or anything. I decided to look at the offer again and read the fine print and realized I didn't want that type of plan but now I've been charged twice and have no product to show for it.
What can be done to stop this?
