On or about April 30, 2010 I called Dewey Pest control to receive more information regarding their business. A young woman by the name of Andrea Angeano (I believe her last name was) answered the phone very disrespectfully by yelling "hello!" I hung up and replaced the call again about 2 minutes later thinking I must have dialed the wrong number. This time she answered using her whole name and business name so i said, "Oh, I'm sorry, i thought I had the wrong number. " her rude response was, "What do you want?" I said, "excuse me?" and she hung up. I tried calling again but no answer. I attempted the call again around 10:45 am and someone picked up the phone laughing and hung up again.
This is supposed to be a professional business and based on how I was treated by this young lady has truly disappointed me and made me change my mind about this company. People like this should not be working in places like these if they do not respect their customers. I hope to see some action taken. Thank you very much.
