Fall of 2009 Dewy Pest Control left a flyer on the door stating their prices were lower than the others…..
I contacted them and someone was out the next week to spray inside and out while I took the dog for a walk around the block. He called me when he was done and stated that he was leaving. I was billed shortly thereafter with no complaints. 3 months later I was billed again, assuming that they must have come again no bugs no complaints…. 3 months later and a few bugs figured that they would be out to spray again and billed again….3 months later several bugs, so I contacted the Menifee CA Dewy Pest Control office to ask for them to contact me prior to the next visit to ensure the service was being completed. (not mentioning that I haven’t seen anyone since my first service). A few days later there is a note on the front door stating that my property had been service. (However the back gate was locked and I was home and never saw or heard anyone.)
I contacted Dewy Pest Control’s Menifee CA office greeted with just hello no name or “Dewy Pest Control”. I explained the events of the day and the past several months to the receptionist, only to get well I can send him back out again. Which wasn’t going to work I had to leave the house for work. She said she could have the manager call me.
A few hours later the manager called stating that someone would be out shortly to spray the house. I had to tell him again that, that wasn’t going to work only to have him state that “I can’t have it my way” At $89 dollars a spraying I think I should…..
Ended up calling corporate offices to have my money refunded and my service cancelled out of contract. 3 months later I get a call from the manager of the Menifee Dewy Pest Control notifying me that they would be at the house the next day to spray. I explained the events to him only to get him to hang up on me.
Dewy Pest Control in my opinion is falling fast due to the very poor customer service skill and bad business practices
