Dex Yellow Pages has listed my business in the wrong category for the last three or four years. I have called and written letters. Each time they assure me that it will be corrected in the next book. It started when I went from a paid listing to a free listing. Perhaps they'll wake up if I threaten a loss of business suit.

Dex rep used a bait and switch tactic to sign up my wife for an ad in the yellow pages. The original quote was a yearly quote but when we talked to the phone agreement the price was for a per month charge which was higher than the original bid. We did not catch the trick for months. We paid over the price for the original bid. They sent me to collections for the rest of the money. This happened in 1-04. They are still harrassing me. We tried to mitigate with them but they are still trying to cheat me. Gary.
