When will these people realize that certain children are being abused? Heres the story this lady has 3 kids. First her second born at 2 months gets a fractured arm. Next her last born at 2 gets a dislocated hip. Last her 5 year old gets a black eye and says she threw him but when the police asks he lies. Dfacs was called but they said there was no cause for concern. Then the electricity gets cut off in winter Dfacs says its ok as long as its back on before 2 days. These children act out in school and shake if they think you're mad at them and never want to go home to their mother. What will it take the death of one of these children before anyone will take action? Not to mention they will snatch up a child real fast for nothing but leave the ones who are really being abused in danger. Who can i call? Help.
