Rip off, beware
I have ordered from dfw direct 2 seperate times. The first time I ordered my furniture thy did not deliver at all when they were suppose to, as a matter of fact they didnt even call to say they were not coming or that they were behind. I know this is a small company but they do not know poo when it comes to customer service. I have daelt with ALOT of furniture stores in my time and 'mattress ready' means it comes with a mattress. When my sons bed showed up it had no mattress at all. I called and spoke to Jeff who said that it means its ready doe a mattress. Well every bed is ready for a mattress. I even asked the gentleman when I placed the order if that meant the mattresses were included and he said yes. Jeff said he was sorry for the mixup and that he could give me a cheap $85 mattress but I had to come get it myself. The prices are good but they are not good enough to be cheated out of your money. The furniture is not good quality and the service is not worth dealing with. I read these bad reviews before I went through them and told myself owell like Im going to have anything hapen to me and end up dealing with them. I was wrong dont use this company at all. If you want good furniture for a great price go to Canales furniture they have multiple locations and the service is great. They got me 2 mattress' and delivered it the same day at no charge. I also ordered my dinnette set throught hem and I love them. They can get you what you want for the price you want. They deliver on time and they set up also. I would not ever recommend dfw direct to anyone. Please dont overlook the bad reviews found on this company like I did.I only put 1 star on customer service because I had to but they don't deserve any.

Defective bed
Worst service ever! Bunk bed was delivered and when built was defective. The man who built it said, no problem, I will inform them and they will order a new one. I have been trying to contact them to find out what is going on. I keep getting told that a supervisor will call me back. A week has passed, no phone call, and I am calling every day and am told the same thing. DO NOT BUY from DFW Furniture Direct!! If you have an issue with what you buy, they will NOT correct it, you will be stuck!
