DFW VIP POOLS Reviews

Stole money and didn't provide service
This place ruined a very special event. They came out to my home and gave me a quote for pool monthly service and to get the pool in that they called shape. I had several people look at the pool and give me quotes and decided to go with DFW VIP Pools and turned the others away. One company even had a lower quote for monthly service however could not clean the pool in the time frame I needed. I gave the pool company a check and they put some chemicals in the pool on a Friday August 13th 2010 and said they would be back to brush the pool on Monday August 16, 2010 and vacuum on Tuesday August 17th 2010. They said the pool could be used as early as Wednesday August 18th 2010 which works perfect for me because I am hosting a pool party on Saturday August 21 2010. When no one showed up on Monday morning I became concerned and called the pool company. The cell phone went to Sprint voice mail and I left a message. Cynthia Paroski called back claiming to be the owner and said she would not be able to clean the pool for the quoted price on Friday; which I have a receipt for and made out a check to. She tried to get me to agree to a higher price and told me she didn't work for free. I shared with her if she would not clean the pool for the price that was quoted why did they put the first set of chemicals in and give me a receipt with a cleaning schedule. Her answer again was I don't work for free. This is clearly an example of bait and switch. They give you a low price and then come back and tell you it's going to be more money. Please don't support companies that play these shell games with consumers. I am lucky I will have time to find another company to clean my pool and have it usable for my event this weekend and that is only because I called the company. She did not call and tell me that they would not be cleaning the pool today which again is a way to get you to commit to them when you're on a time sensitive schedule.

RIP OFF - STOLE MY MONEY

I am posting this for all to see and I will post on every scam website I can find. I also intend to make a claim at small claims court as well as file a complaint with the BBB, Attorney General, Scam.com, Complaintsboard.com News.cnet.com and Rip Off Report just to name a few. I will also post this to their Google listing which is where people search for businesses and unsuspecting consumers will be able to see reviews before getting lured into price scam. The only current review for this company is ironically from a fictitious customer named Cynthia….Ironically the owners name. I have a receipt which is the same as a legal binding contract; by not performing the service they are in violation of this contract. I should of know better….they have a Sprint Cell phone as a business line and so many grammatical errors on their website http://dfwvippools.com/ it looks like a child has built it for them.
