i ordered a drysuit, and paid £20.00 postage cost .This was to recieve item within 24 hours and £5.00 was paid to have parcel signed for this end .When parcel dident arrive i phoned dhl not realising i was building up a phone bill of £14.85 .I was told by dhl that the parcel had been delivered to me and that i had signed for it .Obviousely this was not true .I complained to dhl that i had not signed for parcel and asked for postmen to visit me, because he had reported to dhl that he definetely delivered my parcel to my home .I was in contact with emails with dhl who advised me to make a claim for the lost parcel.Strangely i recieved the lost parcel exactly one week later .No explanation as to how it had turned up .no opoligy for forging a signature saying i had in fact recieved the parcel allready. .I and my son were really worried at the lose of the suit .as replacement would have cost £650.00.and it only had insurence for £100.00.While we are happy that the drysuit did eventually turn up .I am angry that i paid extra costs to have it delivered to me within 24hours .and through no fault of myself have a telephone bill of £14.85 to pay .regards Marie wells tel.02380738123
